Went through the drive through at th Jordan Ln. location and told the man that took my order that I had a coupon. On one was in line so when I got to the window the man that took my order never spoke to me. I gave him my coupon for the 8 piece meal and gave him my money. He has still not spoken to me or thanked me for my business. When I got home I checked my receipt and he had charged me $23.99 plus tax. I called him back and told him what happened he never said he was sorry for the inconvenience or the mix up. I went back about 2 hours later to get money difference back and again no one in line. Got to the window and was never offered an apology or a thank you. He still has not acknowledged I was even thereGave me a 5 and a 1 back no difference in tax and he has yet to speak to me or acknowledge me. The biscuits were hard and the chicken was supposed to be half original and half crispy but no crispy. Will never go back there. I'm 75 years old and worked retail until I was 73 and never been treated like this .Thanks,Ray Cyree
Had to repeat the order 4 times, they finally read it back to me correctly and still managed to give me the wrong sides, no sauces for the tenders and incorrect drinks. The past three times have been horrendous errors with the order. I know it's our order because the main entree's are correct. This will be our last time to go here.
Rude staff members. I was so flustered from talking to them that I ended up not ordering any drink because I just didn't want to spend any more time there. Food was good tho
Drive thru is aJoke. Place needs to be shut down from what I've read in reviews. What a joke. Management is a joke. Employees sound like crooks and a joke. Obviously the owners are no better if they allow this to continually happen.
After waiting in like to order . Got to the box at 8:10 pm , to be told that they only have around 4 different piece of chicken . I needed a 12 pc bucket of chicken and they told me that they weren’t cooking anymore since they close at 9pm . I’m a little confused as to why they couldn’t cook anymore chicken considering they don’t close for another 50 mins . Popeyes got my money . Might need better managemen.
I arrived when the doors were closed, unknowingly, I walked in and was greeted nonetheless and was able to order my food.This small gesture was amazing as I was very hungry after a soccer game!Food was good, biscuit was a little hard and no butter or honey. Regardless the experience of being taken care of and not kicked out was nice. ?
I tried the impossible nuggets and they were surprisingly good. I'm not vegan but I have a few meatless meals thru out the week and this is a keeper.
Ordered a 24 piece honey BBQ wings and was told it would take 15 minutes, no problem, but after a 20-25 minute wait this is what I received.... Definitely got a refund...
The employees that we dealt with at this location were a bit rude and the biscuits and chicken were as if they had sat under the heat lamp all day. I would recommend finding a different chicken joint.
