My husband went and got this for us, Sunday afternoon. When he gave my food to me I couldn't identify the pieces of chicken. The breast was the size of a thigh and the wing looked like a lump of meat. I tried the wing, the skin was wet and greasy at the same time. The breading was skimpy. My child once worked for KFC, and said if it looks like that, they didn't wash the chicken. I was only able to enjoy the mashed potatoes. Who ever was in charge Sunday 7/10/22 afternoon should be ashamed of letting that food go out of that drive thru window, and needs a lot of training. I don't think they would have served that to their families if they had come by.
Never open at lunch time. Always "maintenance issues" horrible management. My recommendation would be to fire everyone and hire competent people.
I love the chicken sandwhiches and potatoes and Mac and cheese. But I just don't like KFC chicken.
Very very rude and disrespectful there were two cars in front of me none mind me one in the parking lot inside is not open go through the drive-thru to pick up my ubereats order which consisted of Diet Coke order popcorn chicken order french fries and 5 chicken tenders. After the two cars in front of me leave I get to the window they hand me the diet coke and tell me to pull around front there cooking my French fries. No problem until 23 minutes go by they bring the order out to the car sitting in the parking lot and tell me you'll have mine in a minute 10 more minutes go by I cancel order and leave. What side they think they're holding me up from deliveries but it is the customers who call in the order who are suffering it's sad
Wouldn’t give me all the food I paid for and told me it wasn’t on my receipt but it was and then when she saw it she said it was in the bag and it wasn’t and mocked me for asking for it. Never coming back here she needs an attitude check before serving customers.
KFC was always my favorite place to get chicken. Mothers day at a local KFC we normally don't come here. Cost was surprisingly high witch I could have over looked if the quality had been better. Chicken was beyond greasy, biscuits doughy and hard, fries undercooked and greasy. Sides weren't even no where near full. Honestly will never stop at this one again. Hate to be blunt . Just truly disappointed.
Everything was delicious and hot and a great price! Didn't take long either. And we ordered the chicken tenders with three sides (macaroni and cheese coleslaw and mashed potatoes with gravy and of course biscuits) the macaroni and cheese doesn't look like it does in the commercials I was a little bummed to see its the same macaroni and cheese it has always been but it was still good!
Ordered a 12 piece dinner with three sides. get all the way home 20 mins away and realize they only gave me 8 dried up small pieces of chicken. So I brought it back and the manager got up set because I told her I would wait for the original chicken to be cooked since that's what I ordered and they had no more. I don't want the crispy chicken. Like what kind of manager gets upset about that. Y'all messed the order up and I had to drive another 20 mins back and I'm willing to wait for fresh chicken to be cooked. Was polite the whole time. I even called before I was coming and she still got upset. Had to wait another 30 mins to get my order on top of the 40 mins of driving and another 20 mins back home. The place is filthy as well the health department should go pay them a visit. Also the girl that came and brought me the food apologize for the manager and even said I don't know why she gets so grumpy we messed your food up. SMH
Went to the drive thru, don't think you can eat in the lobby. Service and product were good.
We didn’t eat here but got lunch for my mom and step dad. They thoroughly enjoyed it.
