Ordered through DoorDash Wednesday 06/22/22 after 30mins we called the store and whomever answered said that the order was out for delivery. After 45mins we called again and the person that answered the phone said that they don’t do deliveries, DoorDash does. 1hr goes by still no food so we drove to the store. The cashier says that the food was delivered to the door yet the ring camera hasn’t shown any activity. The delivery driver claims he couldn’t see our address on the receipt but when I got a reprint at the store it clearly showed our apartment number. The manager had our food remade and we left. Don’t order for delivery here, go get your food. Safe yourself the tip, the fees, and extra headache.Edit:. Found my sandwich in the parking lot ???♀️
Quality of food, service, and general respect seems to vary with the crew on shift. Let's just focus on today though, let the past be the past. A young male appearing worker with one long earring got incredibly rude and disrespectful over the phone. Upon arrival at the store, there's no manager, a middle aged lady was kind but protected the other worker who was mumbling under their breath, acting like a drama queen standing in the back ground. No idea the worker's name, no manager, no nothing, no course of action.Let's just reward treating people horribly!Won't be coming back, at one point this store was great and freaky fast.First review ever, congrats JJs.Still ended up with the tomatoes i didn't want.

Last week I placed a lunch order online. I waited for an hour and a half for delivery and never received it. I called the store and asked that my order be canceled, since I didn't know how much longer it would be. I had to go out to get lunch and when I returned my order was on my desk. My coworker said she found my food and drink outside!! There was absolutely no way I was going to eat or drink what was left behind. I assume that's why I wasn't given the refund I requested. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I order from this location quite often but that was certainly my last time. It's been 2 weeks and these people are refusing to refund my money. I was told via email the I would have to call the store and get a store credit. That is absolutely useless and unacceptable. Jimmy John's has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
If I could give zero stars I would. Two different times our order was messed up. First just assumed maybe a new worker. This time it was the same boy. I do not understand how you confuse a sandwich with a lettuce wrap. I will not be going back to this location.
The manager Eric was super fast and accurate when taking my order. And the food was amazing as well. Will be back

I had Jimmy John's at a class meeting it was great. I went to eat it again it was not as fresh and the sauce was left off of my order.
