I really hate writing negative reviews. But... I realize there is a staff shortage post-pandemic. However, as I'm writing this, it has been 2 hours since I ordered my food, and nothing. When I called an hour ago, I was told that my food would be here at my office shortly. Then I called 30 minutes ago, and I was told that the driver was back and the guy at this JJ's told me that he wasn't sure why his driver was back without delivering my food. I called 10 minutes ago, and he had sent his driver back out with a fresh order and that his driver delivered the original sandwich to the wrong Suite 3 (there is no other Suite 3). Yet, I am still waiting and very hungry... it's not like I can even post a picture of my non-existent food. I'm not sure what's going on, but this is not ok....
Two stars because the sandwich was good. But 0 stars for the customer service. The staff all but one girl was rude and complaining out loud about having customers, saying “there’s a bunch of other places to eat over here so if you can wait 15-30 minutes then go somewhere else”. I understand the staffing issues but this store had 5-6 people they were well staffed. Hopefully they can turn this poor customer service around. And the nice girl should be promoted!
I normally don’t give negative reviews but the way one of the employees talked to the customers was totally unacceptable. It was peak lunch time and there was a long line out the door but none of the customers were complaining about the wait. One of the employees kept telling the customers to pile into the store and keep the door to the outside closed because it’s 70 degrees outside and they don’t want flies. It’s a valid thing to ask but he said it in a passive aggressive and sarcastic manor which was very condescending. There were way too many people in line to fit comfortably inside in the area in front of the register, especially with people trying to keep some sort of distance to helping prevent colds and covid. He and one of the other employees also did not seem to work well together. There was obvious tension and some arguing/bickering while they were working which is super unprofessional to do in front of customers. The woman taking orders at the register and the other two employees were great and didn’t seem to partake in the bickering and were polite to the customers.
Jimmy John's Northside Square new Turkey and bacon sandwich poorly prepared. Thin SLICE of turkey, NO bacon but smothered with dressing on bread. I could have spread pesto, mayo on bread. NO meat as advertised in commercial. Carryouts you DON'T see until you've reached home. NEVER will I return!!!
Great service and excellent food! They went above and beyond on my order and I can’t say enough good about them!

These staffers have MEGA patience with the crowds they put up with! Food was excellent and it was very clean inside. 10 stars for their kindness!
Almost nonexistent avocado spread called and was told it’s between the cheese well it looked like someone cleaned a knife off instead of spreading. Manager called back and just said he would retrain. Retraining doesn’t effect my current sandwich when I paid for avocado spread to be on it. Should have offered my next sandwich at least half off if not better. Guess that’s what I get expecting a $20 sandwich 2 days in a row to be decent both times.
