Food was good, made fast and the staff said hello and goodbye. 2 stars because of the price. A reg combo shouldn't be almost 15 dollars for HALF of a sandwhich, a small bags of chips and drink. Will not be going back.
I stopped here to support Jersey Mike’s today. 100% of the purchases made today would go to support Special Olympics.They were very busy and there may have been occasional confusion, but there was more than a full crew there working really hard to prepare orders!I wanted to add, as well, that Jersey Mike slices their meats once the order is placed AND they are very generous with their portions! Every sandwich is beyond delicious!I want to commend Jersey Mike’s for giving 100% of the money made today to Special Olympics! Other stores only give a portion of their sales to charities.Thank you and God Bless You All!
I went on 6/8/19 after 11am I got a cheese steak sub and it was delicious the guy that cooked my food was really nice to me. The only reason I'm giving one star because of the cashier Emily she wasn't friendly to me at all. If it wasn't for her I would have gave 5 stars. The Jersey Mike's employee's on University Drive are much nicer.I'm posting an update I came to Jersey Mike's today on whitesburg (2/12/22) when I got there they were very busy but the three employees (two girls and a guy that was on the grill cooking) around 12:00 noon. They was really working and they were friendly and they got everybody's order out in a timely manner including mines. I got the #43 Chipotle Philly Cheese Steak regular sub and it was pretty good. I will be back now since the employees was very nice this time.
First time at a Jersey Mike's. Will not be my last.. Had the Monday special.... below is the half I couldn't eat... fuller than FULL. Do your taste buds a favor and go. Soooooo much better than that other sub place?.
I went the afternoon of the 25th , and that crew was awesome . My two sandwiches were perfect.
Customer Service could really improve.Coworker and I walked in and the three girls were on their phones and didn't even greet us. They already looked like they were mad and didn't want to be there. The girl cooking had an attitude and never said a word when I said thank you. People like this don't need to be in customer service
My visit to this location today was an absolute travesty. One we waited over 10 minutes to even place our order because mobile orders were being prepared ahead of taking our order. Then we were informed our coupon after ordering was not valid. We would not have driven to this location had we known the coupon was no longer valid. The coupons do not expire until Dec 2022, no explanation is given as to why the coupons can no longer be used. I had to ask 3 times for my sandwiches to not be cut because two different work members wouldn’t inform the individual making our sandwiches. I will take my business else and never return to this location. I called the store to talk with the manager and was hung -up on twice. The manager blamed not taking the coupon on corporate, now I am trying to get in touch with corporate. A caution to anyone who purchased a coupon book, beware they don’t tell you when you order your coupon will not be honored…you will find out when you have to pay full price.
I got my replacement order for a wrong order. It was also wrong, I called and was very nice even playfull about it. Matt told me if I drove 30 min back up there he would put the meat on my sandwich that was supposed to be there in the first place. There was no meat on my steak and cheese sandwich....just onion and cheese. I hate being like this but I just want a good sandwich. It is 20 dollars for a sandwich I just want meat on it. I'm not trying to be mean I'm sure it was a mistake, I'm not looking for a hand out. I just want what I ordered 2 orders ago. I have pictures of this sad sandwich. I just want what I ordered.
I love the Club Supreme sandwich. I don't eat the bacon on it, but it's still good. Add a some Cherry Pepper relish & the flavor goes up even higher.
Rude customer service Had me on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes and still didn't answer the phone to take my order. Very unprofessional and disappointing!!
