Girl taking order was less than helpful or even friendly. But, she had long fingernails, I guess that's something.
I cant believe I had a bad experience here. I will never forget .One of my favorite places to eat. I wish the sweet manager Russ was available that day I think that's his name . The manager I had was irritated because I asked if my sandwich could be made over. I should've just got my money back. . He Never apologized or said anything about me being dissatisfied about my food. I Wasn't rude or anything .After I sat down I noticed the cashier Erica kept watching me as she stood in front of the manager that was preparing my food. . That should've been a sign something was wrong. I called back the next day asking for Russ several times. But he wasn't available, then another time the person that answered said he was on vacation. I should've just came back to the store and talk to him in person. This has taught me Never again will I send my food back..I was a regular customer that did NOT feel the love this time. He Never apologized or anything I wish I knew his name. Even if he was having a bad day, never take it out on your customer. Hopefully he doesn't work here anymore.. I have relocated back home to Michigan now and I believe Russ said they are working on having locations here. I noticed via google they have some stores in Ohio. I definitely Won't let this experience stop me from eating at Jason's. So whenever I'm back in Alabama I will go and have my California Club and the amazing salad bar.
I took my daughter and nephew for lunch hoping to get healthier menu options. It seemed that the salad bar with extra protein was a good choice. Alas, I got food poisoning and was sick for a day, and my daughter who also had a salad bar with extra protein got a bad allergic reaction (requiring medication within 10 min of ingesting) to something she ate. The protein choice was ordered HOT, but received warm. The steak had rotten flavor and it was not eaten. The sandwich my nephew had was OK but quite small. Not a good value for the money. We will not go back.
Very good sandwiches. Loads of meat. And free soft serve ice cream. Soups are good. Had the gumbo and it was hearty.
Ordered 2 bowels of soup online which are over $7 each. Lets just say Id hate to see how much is in a cup they offer because the so called bowels we received literally had about 6 spoonfuls of soup in them. The container wasn't even half full. Biggest ripoff ever. Never again unless they would like to make things right.
A few of from the office ordered from Jason's deli on Whitesburg in Huntsville Alabama and they forgot some stuff on my order when I called back I was told that they would not redeliver due to they were too busy offered to refund what they forgot to bring in the first place...very rude and not very accommodating...on top of charging a $7 delivery fee we tipped very generous....won't be back!!!!!!
I’ve been going here for over a decade now and they never disappoint. Love eating here. The staff are always friendly and polite, and the food is always good. Easily on of my favorite places to eat at in Huntsville!
This is the 2nd time my office has ordered from Jason’s deli and had it be completely wrong. The wrong number of items, wrong items, ice melted in the drinks, no extra bread that we asked for, no extra dressing that we asked for. The 20oz bottled coke was a Dr Pepper fountain drink… the sour cream on the potato was microwaved and curdled, the potato was so hard it couldn’t be eaten. The guy didn’t give us receipts to look at…. And didn’t offer to fix any of it when we called… I think we are done with Jason’s deli and that’s a shame because we have like 30 employees and would order weekly.
Good food! Fast service!
Spent 9 dollars on a wrap. My sister spent 9 on the salad bar. They were out of peppercinis. My wrap was very tasteless and unsatisfying and my chips for my chips and salsa were stale. Only thing I honestly enjoyed was the pickles.
