Today I had the most amazing experience at Jason’s Deli. I was helped by Mr. Issac at the register. I placed my order and went to look for my card and could not find it, so I told him it’s ok. He informed me to wait just a moment and he would helped me out. While I looked through my purse for my card another associate approached me with my broccoli cheddar bowl that he purchased for me. Issac was very kind to me today and I appreciate him doing that for me. I would recommend Jason’s Deli any day of the week. Thank you Issac!
We used to enjoy this Jason’s Deli, but the last couple of times we have been, it has been disappointing. Nobody keeps up with the salad bar and items that run out or run low. I had to request multiple items of which some were never refilled. The ice cream was out as well as the ice cream cones. Bathrooms are not clean at all. Tables are not cleaned off after use either. It was not incredibly busy and there seemed ample staff just standing around with time to be on their cell phones and socialize. Staff were all very polite, just don’t seem to be invested in the upkeep of the restaurant.
Haven’t been to this location in a few months .Had lunch today with friends . It was 1:45 still pretty busy . Morale of workers and atmosphere were great . Service was fast, friendly, efficient and on point . Presentation of food was beautiful. Our plates looked like a printed ad. I had a chicken wrap, friends had pasta and sandwiches . It was hot, fresh and delicious.They have a new manager and she is amazing .Checking on customers and making sure everyone was enjoying their food . Will definitely come back more often . Great value .
I love the salad bar, however, I my daughter lives 2 hours away and I was going to see her. She had me go to Jason's Deli to order chicken alfredo to bring to her. She's pregnant and haven't had it in years and probably would've cried if I didn't bring it. She said it's the best!!
I went to eat lunch there, and I ordered a strawberry shortcake cake. When I got my ticket I noticed that the price in the the display case stated 3.89 but on my ticket said 4.19 when I asked for a adjustment the person kept telling me that the prices went up last week but the tag was still there. Since the I was refused an adjustment, I ended up getting a refund,the attitude of tje person doing the refund didn't care.
What experience?we have come by every Sunday for a month and half and the store on 72 west has been closing earlier every time. 830 ,8 tonight it was 7 and the tables were stacked. Your store off airport is great but we are done over here.
I stopped in this afternoon (#757 in HSV Alabama) to grab a quick lunch to-go on my way to work. I was greeted by Leslie at the counter. She was great! She took my order, made sure everything was right, even made a last minute change for me. She even stayed to pack my order to see me out the door, despite her going on a break! The food was perfect, service was exceptional!
I love the chef salad, I have ordered it 2 times this week and BOTH times I ordered a side of 3 bean salad...and BOTH times I got corn and black bean salad. Train the staff on the food and what it contains.
DISAPPOINTING AF!!! I just moved here from Montgomery where that location is always amazing quality and service. But here? If I could give 0 stars I would! First of all they got a 85!!! If I had known this when placing my order over the phone I would have never come! I forgot to take pictures but my sandwich was thrown together in the box with burnt bread! My strawberry shortcake tasted and looked old! The fruit cup was old! The fruit dip was spoiled! Basically everything tasted like it was made a day or two ago!! I will never be going back to this location y’all need to just shut this one down!!!
Great, healthy food at reasonable prices. Staff here is very helpful and friendly. We’re from the northeast and are down visiting for the holiday. Jason’s is always a stop for us while we’re down here.
