This had to be the worst experience I've had at Jack's. A place I frequent, but not this location. Employee's took forever. 2 of which were just standing there 1on the cell phone. They both said it wasn't there job to work the counter, and someone would be there in a minute. I was under the impression that the Jack's uniform meant they were there to work. The one that took our order, don't know how he got the job. After waiting for almost 10 minutes, he then showed up with pink, blonde, and white hair. I always thought the first person you see working, makes an impression. Well no danger of him being first person you see, however I wouldn't want none of the ones working that day to represent me for anything what so ever. They need to fire everyone manager included and start fresh. I literally wasted my money as the food was so cold, saturated with old oil that tasted burnt, that I threw almost everything away. Just shut the doors, and write out of business, because this literally was the worst I guess you can call it food that I've gotten and been expected to eat it. I would NOT feed this to a dog!!! FOR REAL!!! THAT BAD!!!
I have never been to a fast food restaurant for breakfast that was good as Jack's. I ordered a bacon and cheese biscuit with hashbrowns. My husband ordered One big breakfast platter with all your Southern favorites: two eggs scrambled. Homestyle grits and hash browns. Savory sausage gravy. And a made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuit. All served with a choice of meat. The price is great as well. The food taste like scratch homemade home cooking.
These people are rude and dont care about the food they give people. Not only was our food old, grease and nasty there was a long hair in my biscuit. I called them to let them know and the woman hung up in my face not giving a care in the world. They need to learn more about customer service and hygiene when it comes to working fast food. Just absolutely rude and the food was a waste of my money. Very ghetto and ratchet establishment and staff.
Two friends of mine and I came to actually sit and eat but for some reason the dining room was closed. So we were forced to go through drive thru and eat in the car. We finally get to to the intercom. We had a total of three meals on two different orders, all three of us ordered fries. We get to the window and we pay for the first order but then she closes the window. We tell her we have a second order and we pay for it. We get all the food but we're missing a fry. Turns out we weren't charged for the frying the first and even though it wasn't our fault we are charged for it. From now on I'll avoid this location.
Order has been messed up on more than one occasion. I ordered a 4pc tender meal and they gave me 2 1/2 pieces of tenders. You can forget ordering a milkshake from here because the ice cream is OLD. Not to mention the rude drive thru worker rolling her eyes and having an attitude when I ask for condiments, on top of forgetting to give me all of my drinks.
Our first time at a Jack’s as we were passing through - we ordered cheeseburgers and a chicken finger dinner with mashed potatoes, biscuit and green beans. It was really good! We were impressed for a fast-food joint. Keep up the great work. 03/13 5:00P.
The woman working Drive-thru around noon on April 3 was horrible. She was not only rude but also unprofessional and overall unpleasant, plus she botched my order. She should definitely fine another job if she doesn't like working in a fast food restaurant. Her attitude was egregious.
A month ago I sat in drive thru for 45 minutes and drove off before being able to order, today I sat in drive thru for 15 minutes with 1 car in front of me. Tried to order a milkshake and they day they're not making them today. Their machine is not broke, they just dont want to make them or clean up; do their job. Pure laziness.
Extremely rude. Sad thing is the woman stated she was management thru the drive thru speaker was only one car ahead of me and had to wait 20 min for a number 1! My lunch break is only 30 minutes so now i have 5 min to eat! Won't come back
Grabbed a bit of tenders for lunch between baseball games. Quality was good, but tenders aren't nearly as big as they used to be.
