We have avoided coming here the past couple years because the last few time the service was horrible, but today was amazing. They were very welcoming and polite, and our server was attentive and pleasant! Outstanding improvement!
There was only 2 people working. There was about 10 of us. We offer to clean up. The lady in red shirt seemed to be lazy, not even really trying to convince us to order food anyway. Like waffle house did
Very busy place, but it was Sunday. We had a good breakfast here. No one went away hungry. Very attentive on refilling your beverages. Your cup was never empty.
Food was just ok. Nothing special overall, but granddaughter did really like her chicken sandwich with bacon. Service was fair (took a little too long). Server was extremely nice.
Took 30 minutes to get a table, there was 3 servers and not one was half decent. One server went to the back and said “a table is ready to pay and their being rude as f***” really loud literally the WHOLE restaurant heard it! Our food was gross and cold, oh yeah AND our server took it upon herself to add 20% onto our bill and said she’s required to, AND when we left she ALSO added ANOTHER $10 tip to my original bill. Which I had a photocopy and hunny let me see you again ☺️ if anyone went to this location Valentine’s Day weekend check your receipts!!! She probably got you too, I hope FORGING was worth your job JESSICA, corporate is now getting involved ? she gave HERSELF a nice EXTRA 40$ tip on our combined 60$ order.
staff was completely rude and unprofessional. Will go back when he'll freezes over and the two individuals who were so rude are skating on it
We went for breakfast on a weekday, so it was not very busy. When you walk in, it's like you're walking into the waitress station and kitchen, very confusing and not very welcoming.Our waitress was nice, but she didn't follow up after she brought our food. She didn't even ask if we needed anything else when she brought the food and we didn't really see her again after that. I had the probano omelette which was good at the time. About a half hour later I got really sick though. Terrible stomach pains, nausea and vomiting. My husband ate some of my food and he got sick too. When checking out, the girl asked did I want my change. I thought that was rude and unprofessional. You don't basically ask a customer for a tip, and you don't determine how much that tip is either. btw I am a good tipper as I have worked for tips before myself. I definitely will not visit this restaurant again.
They just got a very large order completed quickly and with great accuracy. This IHOP is on point! Also for the other reviewer complaining about their food not being warm, that has nothing to do with the resturaunt but instead your driver. I see the Uber eats plate.
Was seated fast considering was Sunday after church, clean fact service, waiter was always checking on us. Which is good . Not like having to wait for doing like some places. Over all love the food and service
The food was decent, on par with other IHOP locations. We were waited on in a timely manner, and our server was attentive and friendly. The facility could use some updating though, but overall we have a pleasant experience anytime we visit this location.
