I love the breakfast. The place is busy on Sundays (which is expected) but overall is a chill place. The place is homey and it's like dining in a person's house (in a way). I have one problem and it's this one waitress we had. She never offered to refilled my drink but refilled my girlfriend's drink three times without her asking. When I asked she said "uh fine" and had a attitude towards me the entire time there.
Got there a bit early to get seated due to meeting family members. Hated taking up the space as long as we did. I understand being short staffed due to working in the same industry. The server was polite, but distracted. This location has went down hill and I used to love this one. When we ordered extra sausage links to go with we were shorted and the menu plainly stated 4 per. My post may be a bit jaded considering I am a cook by trade.
Much better. I haven't ate here In years because I had a terrible experience there YEARS ago. But a friend paid for breakfast there. Seating was quick and timely. Server was exceptional (wish I could remember the name for a shout-out). BLT-A was extremely tasty and Avacado was green and fresh (not brown ish) Bacon was tasty. Fries came out hot and crisp. And waffle was excellent. This is the one across from Cracker Barrel on the parkway.
It was NASTY - seated next to table holding utensils, napkins, etc. & where all the dirty dishes were dumped - VERY noisy. Changed our seats, but food took forever & was below standard. Won't go there again!Staff were very nice.
This is the Best IHOP I've ever been too!! The food even tastes better!! Service was the best, seated right away, clean, friendly, etc. I wish I didn't live 3 hours away.
I haven't been to this location in years. My experience today was MUCH better! Ms Sandy took great care of me. The food was good, but Sandy's service made it a great meal!
My significant other and I just left from this location and I must say that I am very disappointed. They do not deserve any stars. The quality of the food was dissatisfying. The wait time made us consider actually eating there until the respect level kept getting lower and lower. Upon our approach to the desk I could feel the stereotyping in action. We weren't greeted in a friendly nor accepting manner and because of the lack of hospitality and morality/manners we decided not to leave Ms. Sheila(whom was our waitress) a tip and can you believe that she snatched the receipt from my guys hand? Unbelievable. We will NEVER eat there again. The manager didn't even reprimand her. Just told us to ask for her or one of the other waitresses as if we would know anyone of theor names because no one had a badge on. Never again.! I don't recommend any person of aboriginal or "African " decent to visit that location.
TA needs a good rating. This iHop has always stood out among ihops as fast and fresh with great service. It always has a weekend wait and is worth it. We came here frequently when we lived here- today, they lost half a step. Pancakes were hit and fresh but a touch dry- otherwise no issues.
Perfect service and very good food. Nice vintage original IHOP. Staff an cooks rock.
Had to stop in and order the entire family breakfast in the afternoon. And boy o boy o boy was it scrumptious.
