I would like to thank Daly for the wonderful service. Hooters has made some wonderful improvements since my last visit. The food was hot and fresh. I will be coming back. Today Fried Shrimp next time the wonderful chicken wings. Really enjoyed my meal.
Hooters has very good wings and I had incredible service(thank you Evelyn). I haven't tried many other items because I don't go to a steak house and get chicken. The fries were also good. The only draw back was I couldn't sit at the bar which I like to when I'm alone but everyone seems to be short staffed. I recommend a visit if you like wings.
I try not to leave bad reviews but this place was awful. We had a party of 8 that was celebrating my nephews birthday and the service was very poor. The waitress acted uninterested in serving. It took a long time for the food. The food wasn’t horrible but when it came to dessert one of the shot cups had mold on it. When the waitress finally came back we sent it back and told her we didn’t want another one. Also, there was a big roach crawling up the wall and when we told the waitress she went and got a cook to come kill it. It has been years since we have been and we definitely won’t be back. This was supposed to be a fun dinner to celebrate my nephews 13th birthday, but it was far from that.
Ordered hot wings, smoked wings and pretzel bites w/cheese. Let's start by walking in it was dirty. The unknown named girl looked confused and as if she didn't want to take our order.So we made order. 5 secs later I wanted to cancel pretzel bites but we were told they can't cancel because they already rung it up. They weren't even made yet.Got back to hotel just to see my smoked wings were old and reheated or cooked. They were super hard and 5 of them weren't even edible. The pretzel bites were so full of grease like they weren't even drained. They also were over cooked and so salty I couldn't even eat them.I am very unhappy with the service and the food. I wouldn't even recommend to the homeless. I will never return to this location.
Food is usually good and it's not busy. Super friendly staff, and love the sweet waitress we have had twice now.
I took my 18 year old for the first time and being Sunday it was less busy which was great! Our server Savannah was fantastic! She really made my kids first time there VERY memorable! And of course, as always, the food was amazing! Thank you Savannah, and thank you hooters!!
Evelyn is amazing! One of the best severs I’ve ever had anywhere! She definitely deserves a lot of recognition!
Our waitress was fine, the food was cold when it was brought to the table. we asked if they could take it back to the kitchen and warm it up. The 3rd time it came back it was the same. I dont understand what was going on, there were 7 tables with people, but the place was empty. It's a real shame, it used to be a great place to eat lunch. we will not be going back.
I have never had such a terrible experience at a Hooters. It took 30 minutes to get our food and when we got it, it was cold. We had to ask for drink refills because we only saw the waitress once after ordering. The manager was on his phone the entire time. I will never return.
Food OK and staff attentive. I don't like the way they make women dress (well actually, I do!) but it's not right making them dress that way to get your attention. For that reason I don't plan to go back.
