Used to come in here at least once every 2-3 months but they have dropped off. The food and girls and overall aura of the place is not the same as 10-15 years ago. Hard to pull back in.
Food was cold and nasty. So my first experience to Hooters was not as expected. Not like everyone said.
Second time this week I have been in Hooters and the service was poor at best. I guess maybe your help needs to be lay off for another two months to understand what customer service because you management don’t. First to bring the wings for the second stright time with no napkins, come on man are you kidding me. I guess you must be rationing napkins or holding them hostage to Covid-19 virus, because when you have to keep asking for them for the second time in your restaurant there is a something definitely problems with Waitress and the your management team. 2nd they Hooters web site stated That they disinfect the booth and tables when seating me I pointed out to the Hostess but there was top with blue cheese on the seat I picked up and wipe it up my self. So why do you bother to wear mask when you don’t even clean the booths. I finished my meal and I decide to wait and see if staff clean or disinfect any of the table or booths from the other customers and that was a heck no. I would ha the to see how you prepared my food.....in you kitchen. ?I can only imagine that thought in my head......
Been 3 years since I have been here, the wings and fried pickles are still amazinh!! Mac and cheese not so good. One thing complain about the booth seats could use some repairing. Other than that yummy wings. :)
Was going to Hooters for dinner, sat at the bar when the bar tender informed us there was a $10 charge to sit. Seriously? Seriously! For the prices they charge, cover charge. Twin Peaks is sooo much better!
Called twice to place a to go order and held over 5 minutes both times. After that, we decided to just drive there. Service was extremely slow and food tasted burned. Would not recommend to travelers staying close by. Too much money for bad food and service.
We celebrated my birthday here, and the waitress did an all right job. I received 10 free boneless wings as I'm a member of the birthday club. I had hoped they might sing Happy Birthday, but I guess they don't do that there.
We are in Huntsville for a work conference and went here for lunch. The service started out great but after our drink order and waiting for about 20 minutes the waitress came and said “we ran out of cups so it’s going to be a minute before I can bring your drinks”. What restaurant doesn’t have enough cups??? The restaurant had multiple empty tables so it wasn’t even like they were that busy. We finally got our drinks and food. The food came out one meal at a time and some were cold. The waitress also brought three sets of silverware and when we asked for more she’s says “I’ll try to go and find you more”. She never did...seriously worst hooters experience.
I only had wings, but their garlic/habanero wings were great. I am very picky about my garlic/parm wings, so that is saying quite a bit. I enjoyed the extra edge added by the habanero
Even though we are seniors, this was near our hotel so we thought we'd try it. WOW. The food was so good and the server had the same name as our granddaughter!!!!
