Clean, quick, food as expected.These are the things that we expect from a franchise restaurant and that’s what you get here at this five guys.
Real good food, a little pricey but you get what you pay for.
I go to a lot of different Five Guys locations… this one has one of the rudest owners around. The employees are great, but for some reason when I want to go it is the owner, who rushes me and judges choices based upon weight (??? Why ???). I would 100% recommend a different location from here on out.
A little pricy but understandable when you take that first bite and realize they dumped the entire lot of fries in your bag as a customary token of their loyalty to customers.. (get the Cajun fries)
They didn't actually grill the onion properly, and these are the second worse fries that I've ever had at Five Guys. Corporate should absolutely close this one down, they're letting down the brand name.Edit: Their shakes are also garbage as well, absolutely pass on this one everyone, there's better places Anywhere.
The fastest Five Guys location I've ever experienced. They were packed, with a line almost to the door, and my food was still ready five minutes after I ordered.
The location on University Drive took time and made my burger the way I ordered. They put love in the making of it. Not this one, and our order was over $100 each time. Then, the cashier said that they no longer give bags for the peanuts because people were taking too many. Then, my question is why offer them in the first place?
I ordered the BLT and what I got was like a bacon burger. I just wanted the ordinary BLT. It would help out a great deal if they would actually post the pictures of the food your ordering. And how you gonna have bacon on menu but not chicken? My fries were overcooked as well. I will say however the best thing I got from this was the oreo shake now it was absolutely delicious.
Food great as always. Ordering online for pickup was easy. Google is misleading that curbside isn’t an option so just know you have to go inside pickup the food. They just don’t have enough staff they said to do curbside.
Always a great burger & Cajon fries ! Staff was right on it and in & out quickly . Been eating there for years in different places and is always a great eating experience.
