Pickle stingy! Shouldn't have to ask multiple times extra pickles!
Mess up on orders ...I would ask not to add certain things on my sandwich but they tend to add what was asked not to...
Not a bad sandwich, but if you go at lunch time on a weekday, you will wait a bit. Lot of people from Research Park go to grab a quick bite to eat. I waited for almost 20 minutes for my food.
Worth the wait! Lunchtime is busy as ever but the staff is great and always doing their best!
Slow slow Slow. Order online and they will miss the promised pickup time by typically 20-30 minutes at lunch. Go somewhere else if you have any time restrictions at all. Food was good though once they finally made it.
ive been coming in once or twice a week for the last few months and i can say that every time i do its always been a great experience. staff are very nice and my food is always great. can definitely say this place is worth it and i recommend it to anyone who wants a good sandwich every now and then.
This was the first time I have been here. My co-workers got me hyped up so I figured I would take my son and go. We just left there 20 mins ago and are home. I informed the cashier that we have never ate there before and wanted to try it out. When ordering I kept having to repeat myself which was frustrating and when we finished ordering I didn’t realize that we had to order our extras there as well. I kind of thought it would be like subway… I didnt know any differently. I asked her about that and she didn’t change my order but wrote on the receipt and moved on. I held my tongue bc it just wasn’t worth it no more. So we waited and got our order, this cashier stopped me and I figured she was going to apologize. Nope, she gave me a menu and told me that I would know how to order the right way next time and this would help me. I told her if she would have explained to me in the beginning when I told her that we never been here before than I would have known. I got home and Our subs still didn’t get made right. I tried to call but no one is answering. This place probably is good, but my experience was not a good one at all.
Unsafe. None of the employees were wearing masks during local COVID peak. If they don't care about COVID and protecting their customers I can't imagine they would care about food safety. Won't be going back.
Food is good. Quick service compared to other fast food places I have tried recently.
This restaurant location is super dirty. The floors and bathroom are filthy. They are not busy and there are multiple employees here. Surely someone could address the space but no one seems interested in the cleanliness. I usually love the food but the filth concerns me.
