Bad attitude. Bad service. They got my order wrong. I ordered hook and ladder without onions and they made it with onions. I went in to ask the man if I said something wrong. He had a look on his face like, aawww man, I forgot to take off onions but he never spoke. The manager took over the conversation and said we just had bad communication. They made it over but it was sloppy and very little meat. I will not return.

Great customer service I was just there for a doordash pickup

I work for Grubsouth and today I was picking up an order for a customer as I usually do in any other restaurant. I went to the front desk to ask for an update about my order and one of the employees started arguing and with a bad actitud towards me. This employee tried to physically assault me.The district manager was there and he wasn’t doing something to stop this employee. That person should be held accountable for not being a leader. Why do your employees behave that way with customers?

I ordered the small firehouse meatball white bread and it was $5.55 total. The two young gentlemen that were in there working were very helpful and were very polite, customer service at its finest. Now after saying all of that, the Small firehouse meatball white bread was ridiculously small for $5.55 It was nowhere close to anything related to a sub. Firehouse subs, ya'll have got to do better then that!!!

Very fast and easy to order on the app. Sandwiches are delicious. I get the small. They are the perfect size and have the right amount of toppings. Friendly staff

Again. You go to a place that know what they are doing, and yet they get three stars because they don't seem to care about what they are doing. Went here on a Friday night to grab a bite while on shift. Let's start by saying everything was prepared as requested. Three sandwiches, right toppings, nice and hot. That said, when we walked in, both individuals behind hte countre completely ignored us. Not even a hello. One was making sandwiches while the other was talking. After a good two to three minutes the male came over and in the lowest, muffled (yes, I know he was wearing a mask) voice asked what we wanted. We had to ask him "what" multiple times because we couldn't hear anythign he was saying. The whole time, the female kept glancing over with looks that could only be described as "why don't you all just leave." Again, the food was great, but food is only part of the equation.

No sign on door to say no dine in allowed. We asked if they was serving food bc the employees were all sitting at counter having break. The one guy behind counter informed us we couldn't eat there. Definitely disappointed with the way we were treated. So we went to Schlotzsky down the road had delicious sandwiches.

Love Firehouse subs ! Different than other sub shops , very good Italian sandwich. Love there inhouse hot sauce , it's tasty! Give them a try !

Had lunch here today for the first time since before the pandemic. This place needs help. They were struggling in there. First thing I noticed after walking inside was all the steam hanging in the air from behind the line. A cloud. The next thing I noticed were approximately 20 customers in various states of eating, standing in line, or waiting for food. I placed my order and went to get a drink. Everything in the big Coke machine said "unavailable" with the exception of two things: Diet Coke Zero and Fanta Orange Zero. Literally everything was unavailable, even the various types of water, HI-C, etc. I figured I'd just drink tea then, and both tea dispensers were bone dry empty. I'm stuck with Fanta Zero. The drink station was dirty, every table dirty, and the trash cans were overflowing. The employees seemed to be nice enough. I just think they were overwhelmed trying to get food out and simply didn't have anyone else available to do anything else. Every employee I saw was behind the line. The food I got was okay but not great and not worth anything close to the almost $13 I paid for the medium sandwich, medium drink, and bag of chips. Maybe they were having a bad day, but it wasn't a good experience for me and I probably won't be back. They need help in there.

I have never had bad food or bad service with Firehouse Subs. Some of your proceeds go to local fire departments. Go buy a sub and help a firefighter.
