First time eating at Firehouse Subs… very disappointed. One sub was over sauced which caused the bread to be too soggy to eat. I requested no sauce on the other sub and there was sauce of some kind. We did not eat any of this sub. Also, there was no adult supervision at this location. 6 people standing around and half the tables were dirty. Definitely won’t try Firehouse Subs again.
Some of the best sandwiches and service I’ve ever had. I just think it’d be cooler if the workers had chairs or something.

Terrible experience whith a togo order. Had to ask for the sauces I paid for twice to extremely rude staff members and got a smashed pickle with 1 of my sandwiches and no pickle with the other. I like firehouse but ill jist have to go out of my way to avoid this 1. Happened 3/15/2022 at 630pm
Staff is very friendly, always smiling, and knows regular customers by name. Food ordered through the app is always on time.
They have the most delicious subs. The only room for improvement is I wish the workers would call out the name for to go orders. There are usually a few people waiting for to go orders and one of the people waiting walks up to the rack after they set an order down and reads the names off to the other people waiting instead of the employee calling out the name.
Good food and service! The owner really cares about this store and it shows! Definitely one of the better Firehouse locations!
Good food! Prices a little high for just subs when I can get a 6 inch for the price of a SMALL sub sandwich! Also, waiting time for a take out order when there was only 1 person in front of me was 15 minutes! That meant that I had only 13 minutes to eat my lunch!
Best subs in Huntsville. Clean restaurant, great food, friendly personnel.
Delicious food... workers are okay. Five stars is for the food.
