We booked the Fire & Spice Food Truck for our wedding and it was a major success! We are STILL getting compliments from guests on how amazing the tacos were! Thomas and LeAndra are so cool and easy-going and rolled with all the punches when we had to postpone our wedding and move to a new venue. We always wanted a food truck at our wedding and Fire & Spice exceeded all expectations. The tacos came out quickly for all of our guests and no one left hungry! Seriously, one of our favorite parts of our wedding was having Fire & Spice there. If you’re considering booking them, we cannot recommend them enough!

The brisket is phenomenal!! Tender, juicy, and a great flavor to it. I’ve eaten there twice now and have not been disappointed. Highly recommend the brisket.
