New staff. Iced vanilla coffee latte was sad not enough flavor or coffee Croissant was dry, much more bread than stuff inside. On plus side it was crispy not soggy. Got donut holes, they were fresh and flavorful. Will try again..

I love coming to this DD since it is on my way to work. It’s posted hours on the website say 5am, but they can’t seem to get coverage for their morning shift. That’s why I give it such low stars. I have placed orders at 5:51am remotely and they haven’t been open yet. They know me so they give me my drink the next day, but that means I have to go somewhere else and get coffee after I just paid for coffee.

I used to work at a Dunkin' donuts years ago, and to me they blow the competition out of the water. Excellent coffee too! If you Love a spectacular tasting donut, I unreservedly recommend them.

I ordered two coffees and Boston creams in the drive through, I got the coffees with one straw and vanilla donuts instead of Boston. Also the guy on the intercoms never told me to move forward or what my total was and the guy at the window never told me my total either, also I never got a receipt. When I went inside to kindly asked for the fix they never even apologized! They never even used a complete sentence. I'll never come here again even if I have to drive to the other side of town!

Could not understand the person working drive-through. He was trying too hard to sound cool but it was NOT helpful when trying to communicate for my order. I Received the wrong items and had to go in to get it corrected and my Frozen drinks were filled 1 inch from the top of my cup (not full) Careless workmanship. Terrible customer service I hope they fix it because I really like Dunkin.

I ordered coffee for a week straight through the app and I didn't get my coffee the entire week. Either they were closed when they were supposed to be open but nobody showed or the line was so packed I had to leave after waiting for EVER... And when I did get it either they were out of the cup I ordered or no straws or made the coffee so damn sweet it was more sugar than coffee.I spent money there DAILY but the last straw. I placed my order on the app got there, there was only one person working at like 6:30am ( supposed to open at 5), the lines were outrageous and I was gonna be late. I asked if they could just give me the coffee I ordered today... Tomorrow. They said sure.Tomorrow, I get there, no one remembers. They hand me the wrong coffee that I ended up paying for AGAIN and it was so sweet I literally couldn't swallow it. The manager, while a nice lady makes horrible coffee. When she grabbed it and said she'll make it again... I said nevermind and just left.These incidents happened over the course of a week. But it was always a gamble as to whether I was gonna get what I ordered. Or even get coffee at all with this store. If they had another one anywhere closer to here I'd probably still be going to Dunkin. Just CAN NOT do this particular store anymore.

Chris and Deja were amazing. They filled my order very fast and accurately. They were very sweet and smiled and greeted me as I entered and ordered. I will definitely be returning to this location. Thank you!

Did a mobile order. Had to wait over 10 minutes to get my order and I ordered it when I was over five minutes from them. So it was over 15 minutes from the time I sent the order to when I got everything. Ordered 18 donuts and two drinks. My son and I were going to eat some here and take the rest home. Two of the donuts were wrong and I was missing a donut as well(they replaced them). And my coffee tasted like it didn’t have any flavoring in it. Decided to just take the coffee home and fix it there. I wasn’t eating some of the donuts here I would have gotten home and had my order messed up. I get that they’re busy but just needed to read the order.

I honestly hate to do a bad reviews, but I just had to. This location is HORRIBLE… I had a friend recommend trying the “refresher drinks with coconut milk” first time I got it, it was okay… I also noticed they had some snack choices I wanted to come back for. Second time I went back their oven was down so I ordered another refresher and plainly asked for coconut milk and was given green tea.. I went back again to try a chicken croissant & was told they wouldn’t have any until the guy finished unloading their truck. I went back the NEXT day to attempt to get one and they were already sold out… a week or so goes by, I decide to try ONE last time. When I pulled to the drive through a rude voice came over saying “Hold on, we are counting drawer” me being on a time limit for my lunch hour, 5 mins passed by very slowly & when they finally came back to take my order guess what!?! No chicken croissants in stock!!!! So all n all the employees are super rude, who ever takes inventory has no idea what they are doing and they happily turn away customers. No need for me to ever waste my time here again.

Look I LOVE Dunkin coffee...but unless you get one of the 3 good employees..your order and coffee is never made correctly...the manager does her best and she has 2 employees that are AWESOME but the rest...just dont care and CONSTANTLY (literally Im not exaggerating at all if I dont get one of these 3 making my coffee its wrong EVERY time) get it wrong. Its annoying to have to nearly daily hand them back my coffee and explain to them that its wrong then have them stare at me like Im the jerk...I dont do it to be mean but when you pay 5 bucks for your coffee...you want it made right...I dont think thats much to ask for. I gave it 5 stars because there potential in the manager and 2 ither employees...but the rest REALLY need to PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. Also...dont think this is a drive thru speaker issue, thats not true because I do go inside at least 1 third of the time and its still the exact same way.
