Four Workers were outside on pizza and cigarette break including the manager. The front female cashier was the only one working. Call in and online ordering wasn't working. They finally came in to help her but it was chaos and the place was filthy!! Customers were upset because some had been waiting for an hour and two had lost orders. The front cashier seemed to be the only worker that cared and wanted to do her job everyone else there was over it and it showed. Give the cashier a raise and coach the rest of your employees. This could really be a good store. On a bright note a homeless guy came up and one of the cooks gave him some old food. I'll never patronize this location again when I visit. The staff morale was so low and they just didn't care it was written on all of their faces.
We just left this location, our order was three pizza’s with Brooklyn Style Crust with three simple toppings. We didn’t receive what we order. I’m highly disappointed with this order today. My family and I always visit this location and never once had any issues with anything. Just a little advice to the worker that took this order inside 45 minutes ago, please pay attention to detail and a quick glance at a customers order to make sure it’s made properly would be great as well as prevent 1 star reviews in the future.
Worst Dominos EVER. Ordered food at 11:59 am. The pizza said that it was ready for inspection at 12:12. It just sat there for over an HOUR! Finally at 1:18 I decided to call. Spent over 8 mins on hold before I hung up. Called back and spent over 6 mins holding! It wasn't until 1:35 that the manager picked up and said the pizza was on the way. The pizza that I had ordered at 11:59. The pizza that sat there since 12:12. It was just now going out an hour and a half later. Thanks but my lunch has been over! HORRIBLE
Man my order was horrible. I was gonna try to eat it but the order was so horrible. The pizza was so thin that it tore and had a hole in it. They didn’t even cut the pizza. They gave very little toppings. Last the wings were horrible. They literally just poured a lot of sauce all over the wings.
Horrible service, I order philly steak pizza, chicken alfredo, stuff garlic bread. It took the driver 1.5 hours. When food arrived the pizza was cold. The pasta was dried out and burnt. We I tried calling to complain they put me on hold for ten minutes when someone did come to the phone they put me on hold again.Never will order again from this location ... Need new management and staff or need to be shut down..
Ordered pizza, said 30 minutes on the app for delivery, then an hour later it said it was delivered to my hotel. An hour after that it showed up and looked like this. Horrible service, pizza was partially raw, no one answers the phone at this location.
Like most Domino's, the food here is cheap and quick. The service you'll get if you drive up or go inside is fine (unless they're ignoring you at the drive thru, which does happen). The pizzas are usually all right but occasionally bad. But you know what? It is fine. It is okay. I do not ask it to be anything else. Thanks for being what I need sometimes, Domino's.
This was an awful experience. The original wait time was 60 to 80 minutes which I thought was a little bit much already, but OK I’ll bite. Two hours later the general manager “Romance” shows up without any real apology and says she’s remade my order yet everything that she handed me was cold like it had been sitting out for two hours. She said she couldn’t do anything else for me but a $25 credit and it would be on my phone number not even refunded to my card in the moment. I have no proof of this credit so I highly doubt I’ll ever see it. Not that it matters anyways because that was the last time I will ever go to that location. Extremely disappointed in the quality of customer service and food especially considering it sat in the “quality check” section of the tracker for 40 minutes.
Employees screaming and fighting in the back, filthy floors and countertop, and cigarette left on guest seating. Waited on order past the estimated window given when order was placed (probably because employees are too busy fighting). This entire store needs an overhaul. Will never be coming back.
Been on hold for 20 minutes to complain about this Brooklyn style light sauce EXTRA cheese add mushroom onion and feta they used non feta and light cheese when I paid extra!!! 4th time in a row messing up my order which is why I started using carry out. After I get this replaced I will never use this location again
