-Save your money-I’ve been holding out on writing a bad but tonight is where the cup runneth over! I ordered my usual pizza, I checked it before I left and it was almost ghost pale on top and soggy with such minimal toppings (keep in mind I was there before it was ready). The gentleman at the counter had the sourest attitude about having to reheat my pizza, and was mumbling under his breath.. Ray Charles could’ve told you that pizza was barely half cooked. Dominoes on Bailey Cove is where you should be going!
I ordered the medium 2 topping pizza and the philly cheesteak sandwich, both were the $5.99 each d3al. The pizza was okay, but the sandwich was literally ALL almost nothing but bread. There was hardly any meat at all on it, and definitely hardly any veggies at all. I didn't even see but a couple of green peppers, and I didn't even see any onion at all. I am very disappointed because I was really in the mood for the sandwich tonight. It was extremely disappointing to say the least. The online ordering was easy, and so was the pick-u0, including a nice, happy and friendly face, but the sandwich LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED. I hope that it can be replaced at some.point at no charge. Also, the pizza did not have the garlic crust that it is supposed to have!!
This place is awesome. They always make my pizza right.
I only order here because my mother likes the sandwiches. Since I didn't want to drive, I ordered a pizza so they would deliver.The sandwich was terrible, totally over cooked and dried out. The extra cheese on the pizza was nonexistent. I should've totally expected this since it's not the first or even second time their food was unexceptable.*Domino's, you have to do better than this!I'll pick up from Marco's, Donato's or even Costco until then.
They wouldn't answer the phone to take orders and I had to go down there to place my order and pick it up after breaking my foot that day. I asked if the phones weren't working and she said we're too busy to answer them. I had been holding and trying for over an hour! I am very displeased with the Domino's at Andrew Jackson!!! If that's the best they can do, I won't be calling there again.
Terrible! ( I told my son it was going to be nasty) I was told the food would arrive in 35- 45 minutes. We noticed the driver at the house across the street. The person that took my order put in the wrong address. The pizza was partially cooked, soggy & gummy crust. Pure slop! How can you ruin a cheese pizza. The pizza came in less than 15min. I really don't think restaurants are even cooking customers food. I've noticed several complaints on improperly cooked food. The pandemic had made is too to collect a check with less than satisfactory customer service. The pizza & wings went in the trash. I didn't think nothing could be worse than Marco's on Bob Wallace or the Domino's on Mastin Lake. Yuck!
Domino's used to my favorite place to order in from. I do not own a car, and and am on a small budget. I would endulge and reward myself with Dominos...But now, the price of the coupon 2 or more for $5.99 was has gone up a dollar each now, the delivery charge was $2.99 , then $3.99 and NOW $4.99!!!...very disappointed, not to mention when the, "get a free (insert item) with order....never got, ONE... y'all are slipping. I know it's hard to get drivers, but THAT is not the customers problem, but you are beginning to price yourself out now....
I order online and generally pick it up myself, and so far every time my order has been correct and ready on time. The one time I ordered delivery it also arrived on time without any issues.The pizza is inexpensive and tasty. Keep up the good work, Domino's Crew!
Tried calling Domino's for the third time this month in the 5-points location was on hold over 15 minutes every time listening ? to their recorded message about the soggy taco ? message. They have lost our business indefinitely. Great for us there is another local pizza ? place right around the corner & they answer their phone every time in less thana minute. Hint it's onPratt avenue
My pizza has arrived when the app says and my pizza is always on point and tastes good and exactly what I ordered and the free pizzas are awesome with the app I get a free medium 2 topping pizza about every 3rd time I use the app
