So this the second time I’ve attempted to order. Rhe first time I actually canceled the order which I never got my $60 back. Today I ordered and was told what time to pick the order up. With the two minute guarantee I thought this should be fun. I pull up and text I’m here, to which some girl walks outside and said it’s still in the oven. 5 minutes later she walks out with our order and says sorry we are short handed. Not my problem. It wasn’t out with the advertisement she literally walks off and walks inside. I won’t be back. Not to mention they still owe me for the $60 worth of pizza that I was never refunded. This Dominos needs better management and professional employees.
I have always had an amazing experience ordering from this store. I have only ordered delivery, except for the rare occasion I pick it up at the location. Every single delivery driver has been nice and cares about their job. Of course, there have been times where they mess up my order or one time even DOUBLING my order, but they always know how to fix it. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thanks for catering my get-togethers and my late night munchies!
The last three times I have ordered, it has taken over an hour. I get it - covid and no one wants to work anymore. So I do appreciate the people who showed up for work, made my pizza and delivered it.I didn't want to go out tonight, so i thought id give them one more try. Plus, it's so bad they give me a free pizza each time!Tonight:5:47 - Pizza ordered6:25 - Out of the oven and into quality check7:07 - Out for delivery. It's been out of the oven for 40 minutes.7:19 - DeliveredAnd no, after being out of the oven for 54 minutes, my food was not hot.
I'm not sure what happened to this Domino's but the current service is absolutely horrible. They used to be amazing and very quick for pick-up and delivery but something has changed. Living close, we typically order for pickup but my daughter wanted a late night pizza last week so ordered for delivery. After waiting for over an hour, I finally went to bed. My daughter said it took over two hours to arrive. Domino's did the right thing and reached out, apologized and gave us a coupon that had to be used within a week for a free 2 topping pizza so we tried again tonight and ordered a 2-topping for pick-up. It took them over 1.5 hours to get it ready. You can blame lack of workers or anything else, but this is a managerial problem. When I arrived there were 5 workers and 3 were just standing around and talking as if they were clueless. I'll never be back.
I rated this Domino’s 4 stars based on the fact that they have been good over the years (21) that we have been ordering from them. For a while now, they have really gotten sloppy. Maybe it’s supply chain/ale or market issues; maybe it’s something else.At times, our order is cancelled after an hour and showing a status of out for delivery. Other times our order times are really long.I worked for Domino’s in this area for a few years and when I was in school. I understand their business and the way it’s affected by various events and circumstances. This is not a result of a one time delay. We are seeing a downward trend, and Papa John’s is getting more of our business.
Very slow and the pizza arrived cold. I believe based on following the tracker that it probably sat at the restaurant for over an hour before they picked it up for delivery. Frozen pizza at home taste better and it’s much faster. Won’t be ordering from them again.
On my first review I gave this Domino's 5 stars. They were always quick and friendly and when the food arrived, it was always hot and correct. Not so much anymore. The past few times that we have ordered, it has taken a little over an hour from the time the order is placed for it to be delivered. I understand that everyone is short staffed lately and these instances are on week nights. I understand weekends take longer. On one previous order, I ordered the cinnamon things and there were only 5 in the box and no icing. On another order, I had to heat the pizza up. We live 3.7 miles from this Domino's. There is no reason the pizza should be cold.
Convenient location sometimes it’s so good and sometimes. The topping don’t cover half the pie. Once I ordered extra pepperoni and got zero. So had to remake it. I heard the guy in the background say b….s…t I made that. I’m sorry but apparently someone else got that if you made it. The pickup is inefficient with long line for window and people not told to park if their order not ready. Also several times more than one told mine not ready when app said it was. Then a different person would find it in a place the others had already looked.
Very disappointed. I ordered pizza for my grandkids for dinner and it took over an hour to get. The pizza was cold and they did not deliver the 2 Liter Sprite. I gave a nice tip upfront too. This is why I do not like tipping upfront. Once they get your money, they don’t care. Tried to call the store and was on hold for a long time. I eventually got tired of waiting and hung up. I will not be ordering from here again.
This is the absolute worst Domino’s. I have always had issues with this location. I ordered online and accidentally ordered from this location (I’ve had so many issues that I don’t order from this location anymore). Anyhow, once I arrived there were 2 cars ahead of me. The guy gives them their orders and when I pull up he walks away from the window. I then notice him at the computer putting in an order, he then walks to the back and comes back with a debit card and pays for the order. If I had to guess he placed his on order and paid for it. While all of this was going on another guy was just putting together pizza boxes. After about 5 minutes I honk my horn and both guys ignore me. When the guy who took his own order finally finished, he came to the window. My pizzas were cold when I received them and it didn’t have the extra cheese that I ordered. I hate that I chose the wrong location when I ordered. I will never order from this location again. I only gave them 1 star because I have to give a least a star, but they don’t deserve a star at all.
