I was not at all impressed with the food I received.I ordered a potato he brisket was tough, and not flavorful. I had to pick it all off since the brisket was overcooked. Good service is the only positive.
It was ok. The BBQ in the south is not that good. I’m sure there are some great places but I have yet to find them. The food here was cold the spicy BBQ sauce was not spicy. The only thing that was good was the creamed spinach.
I work at the AT&T store right beside them. They always take care of us, everybody is a pretty much regular customer, they got the best wings! Order the spicy barbecue wings and a order of the Chicken Mac Stack!!
My family absolutely loves Dickey’s. The barbecue is top notch. All the sides are delicious. And the free ice cream helps make it a good value any day I’d the week, but the Kids Eat Free on Sundays deal makes it a GREAT value. And we’ve always had good service!
Ordered the smokin meal deal on Uber eats. They forgot the side that comes with it AND the dessert. The chicken didn’t even come in the form of a sandwich, just a pile of meat and a piece of bread AND it was cold. Taste wise, was aggressively average, if you’re thinking about ordering from here, thing again
Absolute disappointment. We catered meals for 60 people for a work function yesterday. We paid an additional fee for individual packaging so that it would be safe for feeding a large group (as their website boasts).Lunch was scheduled for 11:30 but the restaurant did not offer pick up until 11:15, a tight window indeed. However, we had a plan to have the individual meals divvied upon arrival to both ends of the building. A tight timeline, but achievable.When I realized we did not receive the individually packaged meals we paid for, I was in a panic. I had 60 people clocking out for lunch expecting to eat at 11:30. My admin and I had to set up in our break room, using a random ladle and salad tongs in the drawer to hastily plate meals while people continued to stream in wanting to eat.The pulled pork, sausage, & Mac n cheese were cold. No onions or pickles were provided (as advertised) and lest you’ve forgotten, they were not individually packaged.I left both a voicemail and sent an email with no response. At minimum, we should receive a refund of the $60 we paid in addition for individual packaging.I expect to receive a response or I will proceed with a report to the BBB.
It’s not the cleanest restaurant but the food is ok. The staff were friendly. Pork sandwich was above average. The sweet sauce was very sweet. The ice cream machine was broken.
Dickey's is a standard chain restaurant. This location is no different. The food is good, but the location could use some sprucing up. They were short staffed by the guy working the counter was friendly and professional.
Great barbecue option! Many other bbq chains in the area but Dickeys has great sides and meats. Recommended.
Love Thursday special Great sausage Pulled pork is also very good, but have had better. A little slow sometimes but generally worth the time
