We stopped at DQ after a concert. The employees were hustling to get the orders made and did a great job taking care of everyone. I had the new S’more shake which was very good. I like it thick so you eat it with a spoon.
I wish I had thought to put my glasses on and catch this employee's name but she really made my mother/daughter lunch special today. It's the little things. I use to work at Dairy Queen and loved it immensely. I was front cash/ice cream wench and assistant cake decorator but not in the official capacity because assistants cake decorators do not exist :PRemember, it's the little things and this was the little thing. Our lovely server was vocally communicating with her team the moment she stepped on the floor. Every customer in the store knew they were being considered in that moment. We had ordered two small cotton candy blizzards to go with our meal and in true DQ style she comes to the table with them and flips one right upside down! I loved it!It's Mother's Day about noon-thirty or so which means not only is it a church day (church folks LOVE Dairy Queen!!) but it's also a holiday so they were a little busy but not too bad.I appreciate the team. The chicken tenders and fries were rough though guys. My kid and I giggled at our silly jokes because of how hard the fries were cooked (there's no fry left.....just some french........no harm meant but it was funny). The ONLY reason they weren't the best fries I've ever had because I actually do prefer them fried into golden light sabers of emptiness is because I'm at that point of getting dentures like RIGHT BEFORE you get them, you know. LOL.Still a 5 star experience simply because of that one employee who made sure they could be heard by their team which really is a confidence builder with the guests every time. I will never be mad at food that could have been cooked better when the experience is as golden as ours was today.THANKS FOR COMING TO MY TED TALK! Thank you DQ for being everything I remember about it from my work days there. Happy Mother's Day to all the DQ mom's out there!! ♥
I ordered and my card was declined and the money was there so I went to Arby’s and had no problem. You need to fix your system or train your staff cause I love eating your food. It was embarrassing.

We have gotten ice cream from this Dairy Queen a couple times a month for years, and until recently it has been totally fine, not fast, but orders have always been right, people have been nice. As of this month (March 2022), that has gone downhill drastically. Twice in a row now, two weeks apart, they have been rude, incredibly slow (20+ minutes for 4 cars), and our orders have been completely wrong. I tried emailing the email address that the 'owner' keeps copy-pasting as a reply to every review here first, 15 days ago, and have gotten absolutely no response at all. Really disappointing, recommend looking elsewhere for ice cream...(leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because it used to be good, and they might be fine for other things at other times of day)
DQ's new Burgers are very good. The customer service experience at this DQ has been exceptional.
I enjoy their burgers. My favorite menu items are the ice-cream cakes and the turtle pecan cluster blizzard. ? The staff here Dairy Queen is always friendly. Quick service.
The Misty's were good and they gave both of our dogs a pup cone with a little ice cream and a milk bone biscuit.
After 4 yrs of ordering a grilled cheese for my youngest daughter (and she raved each time we got one), I was told today that “we don’t do that”. When I mentioned our multiple times of ordering grilled cheese at this very location, I was met with, “As long as I’ve been working here, we don’t make grilled cheese.” This woman had only worked there 5 months, but I ordered a grilled cheese LAST month! That’s ok DQ, I went to Bubby’s instead! They’ll get my business from now on too! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT- we’ve been loyal customers for years.
Fast in and out. Good hot burgers full of flavor. Nice folks.
