Kept hearing about these cookies for a while. They were not cookies at all. Hardly any flavor and so dry. I was dying of thirst just from the first bite of these awful things they are calling a cookie. I am so confused how so many people buy these disgusting dry pancake batter cookie shape products. Not to mention the price. Subway has way better cookies then this place!!
Love this company! They were able to help me be a bit of a super Grandma for my eldest Granddaughter. She wanted to bake for her Dad but was feeling well and texted me about what to do. A few clicks and there was Crumbl Cookies ready to save the day. I ordered at 6 pm and they delivered a dozen warm yummy gourmet cookies to my Son’s house by 7:05 pm. Well Done!!!

The wait was over 30 minutes for one cookie! The place was full of angry customers, some that had been waiting over an hour! The workers were cutting up and laughing and on the phone. They were not concerned about the people waiting! The work station was a complete mess. I ended up getting a refund!
Waited over 40 minutes for 1 cookie so I finally just said give me a refund. 4 young girls were working and they were on the phone, laughing, and talking instead of getting orders out. The work station was very nasty. The place was full of angry customers who had been waiting for an hour. Never apologized or even acknowledged the customers who were waiting. Also out of most of the cookies advertised.
I went in the store and there was these group of girls making sloppy cookies while I watch the girl taking all of the orders not just that while the girls where laughing the girl that is taking orders was getting cookies out of the oven and walking cookies out for curbside I think the girl making cookies should get a raise and the other girls should get fired because they where joking on me and my friends and I was like what are they talking about and the girls where saying vulgar words saying the cookies looked like human waste and I was like this place is not a really good place to make you enjoy your cookies when thinking about them say ing the cookies looked like human waste and the cookies me and my friends took 1 but out of all of them where gooey and undercooked just a heads up do not eat at crumble in Jones valley not a pleasant place! :(
Must-try awesomeness! I absolutely love these cookies! The staff are upbeat and sweet just like the cookies, at the Crumbl in my area. I love how they show you the cookies before you leave and even better is trying the different flavors every week. Also how fun that they have a cold cookie of the week and the rest are fresh and warm. This week's cool cookie is passion fruit which has passion fruit flavored bubbles on top and they burst in your mouth, yum, so refreshing and tasty!
More fantastic cookies! You're definitely going to want to get a 12 pack because of how delicious they are! This time we had Fruity Pebbles and Cinnamon Toast Crunch cookies!
Excited to try these cookies but was left a little disappointed.There were so many people but nothing was getting done.The cookies are impressively large and colorfully decorated. Was surprised at the sheer size of these cookies and how much they weighed when I picked up the box.The excitement soon came to a quick halt when three of my cookies were completely undercooked in the middle. Needless to say the box was left in my hotel room to be thrown in the garbage.Also ordered some of the ice cream. Once again a little disappointed to find that the chocolate brownie had freezer burn ?Possibly just an off day.
I order from Crumbl quite frequently and they are always super fast with my order at this location. I have never walked out disappointed. Most of the cookies are very sweet, but I feel like that’s the brand. Overall very great business and I don’t have anything bad to say.Also, whoever came up with having new flavors every week was genius… great marketing.
