After waiting at sonic for 45 minutes and receiving no service, I went to Cook Out. This place is always spot on. Today I tried their watermelon milkshake and it is the bomb! Whoever was working the drive through was so incredibly polite and kind. Every time I go here I have a good experience and they’re fast (like they’re SUPPOSED to be lol!). Definitely recommend. ???
I went to this location last night 6/2 for the first time and can say it's the quickest Cookout line I've ever been in. There were two cars in front of me when I got there and I still think I spent less than 3 minutes in the line. Order was correct and girl at the window was polite! I'll be back
Burger was slightly better than Wendy's, The fries were mushy and not warm. Asked for a peach cobbler shake, but they were it of peaches. Decided to go for a mocha heath shake, but I ended up with a giant lump of really old and stale butterfinger.... Maybe...?? All in all, a wonderfully consistent result from Cook Out to help remind me why I said a year ago that I would never come back!
This was my first time at Cook Out and lemme tell ya, I was NOT disappointed. You get a lot of food for what you pay for. I ended up getting the combo with two quesadillas and a cheeseburger for under $15.There are so many options you are bound to find something to eat. Definitely recommend, especially as a late night food stop?
They absolutely botched my last order. For the prices you pay, you should have an order that's AT LEAST 80% correct. I got just 2 burgers. #1 didn't have a 3 items including a 2nd patty. #2 was missing just 1 item, but had 3 items it really shouldn't have!
You get a lot of food for the price. Food is not bad either. Just keep in mind you get what you pay for. And one of the few places that allows sides other than just fries or onion rings. You could get a corn dog multiple kinds of chicken wraps and other options to choose your two sides. Service was friendly as well.
There must be no employee here that knows how to operate a drive thru. Every time I come here I have to wait an hour or longer in the line. Then it only moves once every 10 minutes or so. You're supposed to have people's order ready when they get to the window...... especially with a line this long. This is ridiculous. If it weren't so late I'd go somewhere else and I'm never coming here again. I'm beyond upset with this and it had ruined my entire day.
Went and orders a few trays my burger had the plastic bread tie from the buns in my sandwich glad I got that one instead of the 5 year old you guys should definitely be more aware of wear you guys are placing those when opening buns tried calling the store but no answer not to mention drive through took forever (Huntsville Alabama location
went to cookout to order 3 trays. i asked for double fries and a water on one since they didn’t have any lemonade. instead they charged me for chili fries instead and gave me chili fries. i didn’t want chili fries. so this girl told me the only reason why she charged me for the chili fries was because the drink would have been $2.99. uh….she charged me a $1.30 for each chili fry. i would have been fine and wouldn’t make it such a big deal if she at least made sure i had the double fries. but no they messed up the entire thing and then after that didn’t give me any forks for the walking taco. they need to do better. seriously this has gone down hill. not only that i asked for a double bacon burger. didn’t get anything but a small dinky piece of meat??? will not be back.
It was really late at night when we ordered and we had a sort of big order too but these people here got everything right and got our food done super quick! Never been to a bad cookout! (P.S. their sweet tea and fries are such a good combo for a sweet and heat treat)
