I got my cup and was like, “Where’s the ice cream?” Lol, seriously a highway robbery… We paid $20 for 4 under-filled small cups of ice cream. Should have just bought a carton at Target for a quarter of the price…
So I placed an order for pick up for Sunday evening and we had a cinnamon allergy and I called to let the store know. They went above and beyond to make sure that it was taken care of!! 100% recommend this store! They even left a little note on the ice cream that shouldn’t have cinnamon and put the ice cream that had cinnamon in it in a completely separate bag!

Went here over the weekend. Great flavors and amazing workers! I ended up getting the strawberry milkshake and it was phenomenal the whipped cream on top was a nice treat! Only reason I am not leaving a 5-star review is because I went to place my keys and wallet on a table for a second and when I picked them up I realized the tables were extremely sticky. Then I checked the next table and that one was also sticky.
My husband picked up a customized icecream cake and it was ready at the specified pick-up time. My husband could not help himself and even got a cone for the drive back. Great service!
I recently went here for the first time with my friend who highly recommended this place. I have to say I was extremely impressed. The place was really clean and the staff were great as well!! I would definitely love to come back here again!!
Best thing about this specific Cold Stone is the staff. Every time I go in, they are always friendly and smiling, and generally happy to help you. Only downside is I've had to start ordering smaller sizes. No matter what size I order, it always seems to only fit in a "Gotta Have It" bowl. Really clean place too, given all the COVID news.
I am giving one star for the ice cream. Beyond this I was baffled. As my husband and I waited in line all 3 servers had no gloves and only 1 had masks. 1 young employee walked in after us and started working without washing his hands. The other young employee was sweating and kept running his hands through his wet hair and putting his cap back in while scooping ice cream and working cash register. The young lady serves our ice cream and was asked to put on gloves before serving our ice cream and she was okay with this. I could hear the customer behind us ask the young man who helped them next to please put on gloves before serving their ice cream as well. All 3 workers appeared to be in high school which is okay but it seems there is an opportunity to train again including good hygiene and washing/changing gloves in between using cash register and serving people’s ice cream and also when starting a shift.I believe Jones Valley can be represented better.
Fantastic ice cream and service!My wife and I came in to find a nice pairing with our crumbl cookie and were more than happy with our experience!We ordered Oreo ice cream with white chocolate chips and it was fantastic!
