It's been a while since we lat visited and it wasn't great before but now it's awful. Bussers have been removed so the only people are kitchen staff and cashiers. The pizza is sorta ok but the pasta has no flavor and the sauce is so runny you might as well just use milk. And if you're there on an even lightly busy day forget about getting more than your first plate, people swarm it like they're starving vultures. All in all we'll go to pizza hut
DO NOT EAT HERE! I repeat!! I ate here on Friday and found hair cooked into my pizza! I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one because it’s a buffet. Mind you.. it was BAKED into the pizza!!! I made sure they saw me try to pull it out to make sure that it wasnt cheese. They said they couldn’t authorize a refund and the only person to do so would be Brandy. She won’t return my calls or reach out to me.This place was filthy and greasy inside and out!! They don’t clean the tables, barely wipe down the salad bar and floors are absolutely disgusting!
They were short handed but still were able to keep the pizza coming and making sure we were all taken care of. To the owners get some help and stop low balling people with the pay and maybe you'll get more workers
Brandy charged 50cent a piece for hot bottled water and was rude because I questioned about cups for ice. She stated in a rude way that she couldn’t give cups for water. The water literally was so hot like it had been in a hot trunk all day!. We ordered specialty pizza which we never got. And the workers didn’t have nets and the buffet was empty because they kept making to go orders. Instead of taking care of the ones in the lobby. Horrible experience!
NASTY! Half of the staff standing around while others did the work. This is a PIZZA BUFFET right, guess what, they ran out of PIZZA!! Oh and salad, really. Everything was filthy. One guy was trying his best to pick up behind the patrons, ONE! Stay away until they get their act together. Just saying……
Large family refused entry because our 3 year old had her water cup. Waited in line outside in the hot and we will never come back. Your policy needs to change. The adults all tried to purchased drinks. It is very hot and the cup was clear. You said we would have to give you her water cup and buy a bottle of water. Crazy!
It's CiCi's pizza. You can't come here expecting gold plated, 5 star pizza. You have to expect you are gonna get all you can eat decent tasting pizza with pretty solid dessert options. I left satisfied with the second option. It's a great price too.
We've had trouble finding a good hot wing spot since Beauregard's closed. We even tried the place that claims Beauregard's wings now and nope... not good nor the same. ?♀️? I was shocked to get fully cooked good hot wings for once. We just got off our 3rd 12hr shift and wanted hot wings.. so we gave Cicis a try. The only thing that I would do differently is add extra sauce to them. They were still great. Thank you so much to the cook and you definitely have our business from now on! I mean you already have us with the brownies and cinnamon rolls lol but wings too now! ???
So DisappointingHave to buy water.All employees ranged from grumpy to downright rude, and that was before it got crowded.Good stack of pizza on the wall ready to cook, but they kept a steady supply of one at a time through the oven so there was always a disgruntled line.Only positive is that I learend a good lesson.
Corey the new employee bussing tables is awesome. Very polite and. Made sure everyone was doing well while they were eating. Keep up the good work. Guys like that need to be recognized.
