I eat a this store 4-5 a week my last 5 trips I’ve left 98 cents because they never have any change. This time I have 13 dollars and was 3 Pennies short so I grab 3 pennies at the jar and the young lady got very smart with me and told me to out it back! So I explained I’ve left more then 5 dollars in change and 3 cents shouldn’t be a problem. I spoke with the manager and I understand he was busy but he acted as if he didn’t care or didn’t have time to listen. Worst service every on 3 cents. If I don’t hear from someone I’ll never support Chipotle again.
This place is always busy, maybe that's why I haven't had the best experiences here. They are usually out of something. The line is always in disarray. I've had the meat be cold. Usually the cashier is not friendly they don't smile they are not welcoming. I genuinely hope management sees this and shapes things up. My family and I love Chipotle, but this location is not up to par with other ones we have been to across the country.
Great food. Fast service. Don't get me wrong, this is still a fast food place, they can have their good and bad days, but they always make things right.. even if you order online. I have food allergies and they have taken more care to try not to cross contaminate food since I've brought up the issue. The quality of a business is often dependent upon whether they can try to keep their customer's satisfaction high. They're doing a great job at this location!
ALWAYS SLOWIf your in a hurry, do NOT stop here. They'll have 9 people working and only 1 or 2 making bowls. No matter how long the line is, it still takes 30-46 minutes to get your food. If you order online expect to wait an hour + for your food even if there is no line. I love Chipotle. But the management and service here sucks at this location. If there was another location id never be back here. Save your time and go to moes…
I really hate to leave bad reviews but this time I can't help it. I ordered online and when I came to pick up my food I practically had to beg the cashier to give me a cup for the drink I paid for. When I opened up my bowl it was literally 1/4 of the portion it should have been and took about 4 bites to finish. I ordered the bowl with 1/2 white rice and 1/2 brown but only got the one scoop of white and none of the veggies I ordered, so it was just rice (which was undercooked) and a bit of meat and cheese. That's my issue with the food... However the place itself was disgusting. Not a single table had been wiped down, the trash was overflowing, and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in a week.
Consistently horrible. Orders are 50/50 complete. If you special order anything (light beans, etc) don't plan on it. Go west to the other Chipotle, as the drive time is less than the amount of time you spend talking to this place's employee's.
The worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The staff was rude, portions were not adequate, and when the cashier was checking me out she rushed to the next person, after I asked her to add a drink *before I paid* and she then said I would have to wait in the line again. The ONLY reason I'll ever come back here again will be to ask for a refund. Period.
Not even sure where to start.1/2 the sodas are empty.The lemonade looks like it's been in there for a week.The line is out the door because of u trained new employees.The chicken is burnt and in tiny pieces.Half the staff is watching as the new girl struggles.The dining area is filthy and tables appear to have been washed about 2 months ago...Definitely not the usual Chipotle experience. This place needs a serious managerial review.Edit: while writing this they came out marked MORE soda as being out of order. You can now get Me Pibb or Sprite. That's it.
Every time it is raining they always complain, asking where everyone comes from. The people are so rude. Been here 2 times. Would not come back if there was another chipotle near. They also didn’t offer white rice and gave us what was left. Once more people started coming in, THEN they go and grab more white rice!! Trash looks like it hasn’t been taken out all day. I honestly would be terrified to mobile order just because they might spit in my food because I ordered it on a rainy day…
First stop at this location and overall experience was good. Was a little disappointed with the amounts of toppings seeing how I only got 3, but the steak was fresh and the other items we got were fine. Service was so-so - seemed to have a few new folks working so I'll give them benefit of the doubt.
