Our service was excellent! Food was warm. The manager Jeff stopped to say hi. He even gave us pointer of the area! We loved that. Much appreciated. We’ll be back!

Just read the comments. They’re absolutely spot on. Wish I would have done so before. The kitchen is absolute filth. I’ve seen hog stalls in better shape. The floors looked like a hot mess, dirt, food, water spills, etc. I don’t know what was worse, the overall appearance or what they pass off as food. Oh yeah, then there’s the wait. I could have prepared 50 meals in the time it took them to “cook” or I should say microwave their frozen god awful food. Shut this place down. Shut it down.

Me and my husband decided to take out 3 year old daughter out for her birthday for lunch. We got to this Chili's when only 1 other party was waiting. The hostess asked us how many and said 10 minutes without asking for name. It started get busy and the time was up to 45 min. There were now 2 hostesses. My husband went up to make sure she was aware we were here the longest as the one party that was there before was literally just sat. They both apologized and said we were at the top of the list now. Then proceeded to call another table literally as my husband is standing there. He turns back around and says we were here before them to which both hostesses and the party being sat stopped and looked at each other. The hostess then continues to seat that party. The other hostess said well be with you next which is when we decided we would not continue to wait. My husband started walking out with our toddler when I went back up to the hostess stand and expressed very calmly my frustration. I was met with explaining by them that they put us at the top now and they're sorry but it was the least empathetic apology I've ever heard. The manager was absolutely uncaring and tried to explain that both hostesses are in training and she'll speak to them to try and do better. No amount of training would fix that situation because it's honest common sense to not tell someone they're at the top of the list and still proceed to call back another table. The manager also lacked empathy which explains why the employees are trained that way. I fully recognize that Covid has hit the service industry hard and restaurants are short staffed but this is completely unrelated to that so I won't allow that to be an excuse in this case. We were incredibly patient and didn't say a word about the wait but for them to openly seat a table they now knew was there after us with our toddler is inexcusable.

We will not be back. Chili's WAS my wife's favorite place to eat out. We would always go there for her birthday. I took her there for her birthday six months ago and we had a bad experience. We thought maybe it was the fault of COVID-19 and the lack of help. So we gave it another try this past weekend. But it was the same problem. It took almost 1.5 hours to get our food. I finally decided we would just leave so I asked the waitress what the problem was. And she said the kitchen had gotten behind with the 'take-out' orders. Which tells me the dine-in customers come last. To beat that, when the food did come it was over-cooked.

Just want to praise this restaurant. Everyone has been hit hard after covid and we went tonight- clearly short staffed (as is everyone). Food was good, drinks were good and staff was still very nice. Everyone deserves a little grace.

Ordered curbside to go on the way from work to get home the Texas fries received were burnt cold and hard as stone… when I called the store back manager said the I had to drive all the way back so she could tell the cook what they did wrong and that she wouldn’t except the photo proof while she had an attitude so I wouldn’t dare trust you to make it again with an attitude no telling what you’ll do to my food … I’ll take the lost … this is unacceptable.. I’ll post the photos here now accept that!

Meh... Good food but lack of staff is hurting their service.I got there early during their dinner hours and discovered they had one waitress covering all 8 active tables in the main dining room. There was also only one bartender and a single host. While she tried, my waitress was obviously being pulled in multiple directions at one time. This contributed to not having refills of either of my drinks being available prior to finishing my meal. The meal (Cajun Chicken Pasta) was tasty and hearty though smaller than years past. Overall I understand that the aftermath of the pandemic reduced their staffing (and the restaurant was obviously trying to hire judging by the signs out front), but it's got a ways to go. 3.5 stars

It's hard for me to give such a low rating. However, recently my wife and I decided to stop by for drinks and food at the bar. We sit at the bar and watched four employees on their phones, talking and laughing amongst themselves. Not once did someone welcome us, or even give us a menu. We sat there for a few more minutes looking around to see if anyone would help us, and no one did. We left. How in the world you could have such poor customer service in a job that is literally based on customer service is beyond me. Who interviewed these employees? Put your phone down, stop talking to your coworkers and try working. Just a thought.

Extremely under staffed,we went at 9 after the movies and it wasn't busy at all but we waited forever to be seated. There was a sign when entering that they were under staffed and unable to take parties of 6 or more due to staffing. After we were seated we waited about another 10-12 min for someone to take our drink orders. My daughters chicken was terrible and she was unable to eat it, (she said it tasted like it was spoiled) I was bummed because I usually love their food, but last night wasn't a good experience!

We waited over thirty minutes for food. Our friends are and finished, and our food never came. We asked them to just take it off the bill, and that took an extra fifteen minutes. Server didn’t apologize or anything. Should have taken the drinks off the bill as well as the food, but they didn’t.
