Convenient fast service. Double drive through lines and convenient walk up window. Outdoor seating available and well shaded. No indoor dining. I love the rice dream, brownies and milkshakes . My eating buddy loves the classic chik fil a sandwiches and waffle fries
This is like any other chick fil A. Good food, pleasant service, draws a crowd. It’s on a tight spot so of course there will be lines wrapped around the building. These other reviews are silly. Go during off peak times then, or dont go at all. The only “better way it could have been thought out” was to put it ina space twice its size. Well, they didn’t have that space, so they worked with what they have. Even the much bigger on 72 backs the traffic up into the street. So unless they only build these in complexes with large parking areas, this is gonna happen.
Ordered regular chicken sandwich combo, no fries salad, half & half tea. Young man that was handing out orders was NOT aware of the AWESOME customer service that Chick-fil-A gives. Received a hot unsweetened tea with no ice!!!!! Who the HECK wants a unsweetened tea with no ice in 900 degree weather???
Chick-Fil-A is known for fast, courteous, delicious food throughout their chain.However, this store is slow and our food was barely warm.The order was accurate and the employees hard working and "peppy".The lines were steady.Hope they improve.
This particular location never fails to mess up an order. I live around the corner from this location and yet I rather drive all the way to Madison for quality food and customer service. Out of at least 15 time my order has been messed up every time, I have only called to complain on two occasions about it and this would have been the third however the phones aren't working so I told to leave this review instead. Anyone reading avoid this location at all cost. You will be sitting in line for a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes to receive an order that is not yours or is not correct. And don't ask for grilled chicken because you will surely get fried every time!
It was fine. I requested no black beans on my salad and when I arrived home there were beans throughout the Spicy Southwest Salad. Please ensure customers orders are correct.
Even with 2 wide lines of cars wrapped around the building, my wait time was only approximately 10 minutes & sandwich was Chick- Fil-A delicious. Excellent fast food!
Always delicious and the fastest fast food place ever! As well as best chicken!!! I got a chicken biscuit with tomato and it may of been the best biscuit I've ever had! Lol no, seriously though.
Be warned, this Chick-fil-a has no dine in seating area if you're looking for one. It's also incredibly impossible to park in and navigate in that regard. It's horribly designed for people coming in and out that aren't in the drive through line. Good luck getting out if you park. Food was decently on par with other locations. Just a general hassle though.
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and recieved a fried one. I ask for little tubs of chick fil a sauce and recieved a four once bottle of sauce We hadn't ordered there in months because of the long lines that cause 40 minutes waits. I will go to another store, but not this one. I can' t have much fat and this is unacceptable.
