My wife and I eat at this restaurant frequently and always receive good food and great service. One of the employees went out of her way to be extra nice to us. Please recognize your employee “PAM” for her great service
Ordered through the app as usual, two fried chicken salads with no special requests. At the window we were told to pull into a curbside pickup spot. 20 minutes after, 45 minutes after order was placed, no one has come out. Upon going inside I inform the young man at the counter of the issue and he talks to someone who points out our bag, saying that apparently they thought we were people who were just sitting there. Half-hearted apologies and nothing else. Worst experience I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A and ultimately the worst review I think I've ever left. I know they are training new people but that's not an excuse for this, they weren't even very busy. Really wishing I had asked to talk to a manager but I was far too hungry and angry to try. Going to think twice before going back most definitely.

Fries were cold and box wasn’t filled. I thought waiting in line as long as I did today I would get fresh food ? Sadly, this isn’t the first time. I think I’ll go to Whataburger instead.
Always a pleasure going to CFA. Line was packed but they moved it right along. Staff was dressed very professional and were moving with a sense of urgency.Food was great, as always. No issues here.

Honestly I'm upset because I wish I could give more than five stars and here's why. Even with a line wrapped around the building our wait was far less than any other fast food has ever been. Usually there are several staff members outside taking orders and your money to speed up the process. I know they must truly care about there employees since I noticed a new very long awning to keep employees dry in the rain equipped with both fans for summer and heaters for winter. As for the employees they are always the friendliest staff of any fast food I've ever been to. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!! As far as the food it is always top quality in fact I don't think they've ever even messed up a single order in all the times I've been there. The restaurant both inside and outside is always clean including the restrooms. This fast food restaurant truly sets the bar high and any other fast food places really could learn a lot from them.
I love the food at Chick-fil-A. The only problems were; it was not clean, they had dead flowers on all the tables, and I went for a milkshake but the machine was broke?. Still love their food. Normally it would ne 5 stars, but the times I have been to this particular store it never seems to be clean. I always have to wipe my own table down.
Several times I've been here, they get my order wrong, they forget my sauce or salad toppings, and they are snotty at the window. I got a cobb salad and they didn't even put eggs on it? They wanted to argue with me about what kind of cheese went on it bc I said I dont want cheese and the cashier rang it up as 'no parmesan cheese'.... This is the worst chickfila I've ever been to lol It's a joke.
Always good. Love their chicken. No one can beat their drive through staff for efficiency and service.
