I just brought in 3cans of food for a chicken sandwich promotion and was surprised. The sandwich was really large and quite tasty, I usually skip chik fil a because of the double line going thru the drive thru,so busy ,but the way they handle it was really great and the wait wasn't long at all. Will defiantly be going back, thumbs up here.
This cannot be a LEGAL Chic fil A,. This location is the WORST place I have ever eaten and the customer service they provide should be against the law. Unless you are at death you do not want to stop at this location if passing through this area. You would do better eating a cold cut from a service station. I will be reporting this location to the corporate office. I had walk across traffic to receive what was on my receipt but they did not put it in my bag. And the little girl was so nasty and disrespectful when I addressed it with her. She said I had to get it myself.The only reason I gave this location a 1 ⭐ is because I had to delete something. I am not a social media person this is my first time ever posting a remaark about any restaurant. But this is a must. I can't believe the people who live there have not shut this place down. Believe me when you see it you will understand and if you purchase the food you will never do it again. This place is using the name and it CAN'T BE LEAGAL. I would rather life off water and crackers than to ever recommend this place. Say a prayer if you stop there because you will need it. Corporate Office Shut It DOWN!!!
I had a catering order for over 50 sandwiches. They were delivered to the U.S Space and Rocket Center for a field trip. Not only were they on time, but they were super hot and fresh. The students raved about them. Impressed!
This would be 5 stars, but no one was outside assisting with orders this time. Let me say now that when they have assistance outside in drive-through this place runs so fast and efficiently that all places should adopt this model. Two drive through lanes each having someone calling in the orders and taking payment. Someone is out there directing the traffic. They add your name and vehicle to the order, and will bring it to your car before you reach the window if it's ready. I was impressed. My fries and tenders were still so hot I had to let them cool down first. If I see people assisting in the drive-thru lanes I definitely pull in, because I know I'm going to get my food faster than the typical drive-thru.
Like most Chick-fil-A's, they offer great, efficient, and friendly service with a side of waffle fries. Last time I came here I had some sort of technical error from the app and they were kind enough to reimburse me for the inconvenience. Doesn't get any better than that, folks.
I always order on the app! They do a great job and wonderful customer service. The order is correct every time! And even when the lines are long the longest I’ve ever had to wait is 15 minutes from start to finish! They are wonderful! Keep up the good work!
We love Chick Fil A. BUT this particular location is always so slow. Today we waited 25 minutes in line and when we got our food the fries were cold and the chicken fingers were not fresh. No one apologized for the wait, not said their traditional "my pleasure." This location is lacking in customer service. The one down the road Madison is worlds better in all areas

Incredibly slow for people who use the mobile order and park. They used to be fast but you can easily sit and wait 10 to 15 minutes before getting your food. Go to the mall instead.
