Great Experience and Honesty was so sweet. She went over and beyond to make sure the Experience was great.

Bad experience, food was not fresh, had to wait for salt pkts, worse chickfila I have been to

I just went through the drive through to get food and the girl taking my order (brown long hair in a pony tail) was SO unbelievably rude. She asked to take my order then proceeded to YELL at someone driving on the other side being extremely rude and mean to them. She was literally inches from my face and my ears are very sensitive. Why is she working the drive thru? She should be doing something away from taking orders. I tried calling the store but no one would answer. I’ve never seen someone act that way to someone just because they were backing up thinking they went in the wrong line. What a horrible person to be taking orders.

Wow. What poor service. Ordered a milkshake quickly and then get pushed to the white line to wait...and wait...and wait. Watching cars come and go. Passed by 4 or 5 others. And they have a milk shake... And an ice cream cone... Then minutes later I finally get something. Not a great experience. Our pleasure.... or, Maybe not.

Peach Milkshakes should be a permanent menu item if you could get the peaches. Large peach milkshake should be put back on the menu. The best peach milkshake you can get.

Emotionally and physically exhausted from worrying through my husband’s surgery, and functioning off the 45 minutes sleep I got on the hard recliner / bed next to Ken's bed, I left the hospital this morning in search of what the doctor had just stated Ken could add to his diet. The doctor's orders were too late for the hospital staff to properly prepare his breakfast tray and I knew Ken was starving because he had not eaten anything solid the last four days. Since I was unsure of what exactly I would be able to order, I went inside the Chick-fil-A located directly across the street from the hospital. There was a crowd of teenagers, mom's with children and people dressed for work waiting to place their orders. All the new information from the doctor was swirling around in my sleep deprived, foggy head when I received a text message from my office. I expected it would be asking about Ken's status and whether there was anything that I needed. Instead it was asking about the location of a building permit I had denied, and informing me that the applicant was complaining about the denial. I stood there reading the text, feeling like my years of service were completely unappreciated, and disappointed that no one there seemed to care what I had gone through the last several weeks leading up to the previous very stressful 24 hours. When it was my turn to order, I stood face to face with a young, red-headed girl with beautiful smile. I was not prepared to place my order nor was I prepared for her to ask "how can I serve you?" As if she had been a part of the conversation I had been having with myself, I continued, mid-sentence, "the doctor said he can have a chocolate milkshake, soft scrambled eggs but no breakfast meat. Is it possible to get grilled chicken nuggets this early, even though they are on the lunch menu?" I expected her to sigh and, in a disgusted tone, inform me that lunch is not served until after a certain time. Instead, her smile was unwavering and she said "you may have whatever he wants" I could feel the tears welling up in my eyes so I just shook my head and said "thank you...yes....that's what I would like to order, please." There was no possible way for me to hold back the emotional flood, and I began to cry. Right there, inside Chick-fil-A, standing in the middle of the morning rush, there I was, a grown woman, no makeup, messy hair, and clearly looking like I had gotten zero sleep, I was inexplicably crying. More inexplicably, the sweet red-haired girl walked around the counter and gave me a hug. A real hug! Then she quietly said "everything will be okay, God answers prayers." She seemed totally unconcerned that there was a crowd waiting to order. She was focused on serving me, her current customer. She didn't immediately pull back from the hug but let me hug her back and to stand there for a minute crying on her shoulder. She then looked at me, asked me if I was okay, and when I shook my head yes she went back around the counter to serve the next customer. Customer service has dropped to a new low at many fast food restaurants. Customers are often treated as a necessary imposition to reach a certain monetary goal. This morning I witnessed firsthand what customer service means to Chick-fil-A. It is not just an opportunity to serve the food that is displayed on the menu board, but instead an opportunity to serve each customer's needs. More importantly customer service at Chick-fil-A is an opportunity to serve God. Thank you Chick-fil-A!

Hands down the worst CFA location in HSV. We used live close by and go here all the time and just dealt with the issues(wrong order, missing items, attitude etc), but now I usually try to avoid this place. You can’t blame covid either, this place has been subpar since the renovation & re-open in 2019 which was pre-covid. You probably can’t avoid this place if you work/live nearby, so just make sure you double check your order because every-time I go something’s missing. And tbh I usually just deal with it, and haven’t been here in a while and just went today and what’ll you know missing items. Smh

I come to this establishment with the wife and kids often, pretty good grub however my most recent visit was quite dissatisfactory. First of all my sandwich was not plain, when I say plain I mean PLAIN darnit that means NO PICKLES!!!! So that really set me off. Also your sweet tea isn’t sweet at all , tastes just like the decatur sink water?

They have messed my order for the second time! I tried to call and no one will answer the phone!!!

Waited in a long line. Placed our order. Wait, wait, and wait some more... get to our turn give our name, get our food. We were missing items. I told the lady what we were missing she said pull forward and I'll bring it to you. I already waited, please fi ish my order because it's my time to get my food. She hands me what I need. We drive off. Get to where we are going to get. There is no sauces for the nuggets,no napkins, and No forks for the grilled chicken. Yes, we had to eat grilled chicken with our hands....Not happy with the service ?
