The worst my lobster rolls were super small and also as I was chewing I pulled out paper from the roll I do this maybe twice a week today around 3:30 pm the cook was terrible need yo be retrained also around 9pm I started having chest pain now I’m not sure what I ingested
They were out of Tea got home and my food was wrong called back up there and they said they were closed and they will fix tomorrow with my receipt I don't like fish and that is what I received instead of chicken so I went without dinner and what I did have besides the fish wasn't good last time I went to this location I thought it was because of the pandemic and short staffed but this time the food was worse 30 something dollars later having to go somewhere else and get dinner because it wasn't fit to eat. Will get my meal fixed tomorrow and if that's bad then I won't be back to Captain Ds on airport Rd in Huntsville Alabama. Not a good experience after going here now a total of 4 times not to mention that I sat in the drive thru for 30 mins waiting for my order to be taken and given to me and after all the wait it was all wrong....
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EATING HERE ESPECIALLY AFTER WAITING 30 MINS IN THE DRIVE THRU AND WAS TOLD CORP. WOULD HAVE TO REFUND MI MONEY...HOW SORRY BUT MY VOTE IS TEAR THIS PLACE DOWN I MEAN REALLY YOU CANT DINE INSIDE WITHOUT LOOKING AT OR SMELLING MOLD. WORST CAPTAIN DS EVER BUT I WANT MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK!!!
Food was good and order was correct but like most places they are under staffed.
This is a completely service oriented post. I went 2 nights ago and made a large order in the drive thru. When I got home we realized our order was incorrect and some of the order was old food. I called and spoke with the manager Robert and he was extremely helpful, apologetic and seemingly almost remorseful. He told me to write his name down and I could come in the next day and get the order again or my money back. Thus, I wasn't able to make it the next day due to work but made it there the following day. I asked for Robert and he came out from cooking and I could tell he was hard at it. So I introduced myself and with out any hesitation he fulfilled my order with the absolute freshest of fish. Outstanding service and will always come this location
Good for a good fish meal that is fairly quick. It was one of those times we had not been in a while. So my wife and I went. They do have some good deals and discounts for seniors and military with military ID. Great hush puppies!

Food was good, service was a little slow, but the staff was friendly and courteous
We placed a take out order online and arrived when the food was supposed to be ready. After waiting 15 minutes in line to get our food we were told to go to the end of the line because our order was not ready. By the time we got our food we had been waiting 30 minutes for an order that should have been ready when we arrived. Not happy.
