Always slow, always removing the food items from the menu that they don't feel like preparing/cooking. Unfriendly staff. I'm over this place.
Me and my husband went for are anniversary dinner and everyone there was so great would go back any time the food was great but please bring back were the people can get there on sauses great job to everyone who works at captains D's
Ordered grilled white fish and shrimp skewers with broccoli and green beans as I am currently on a diet... Shortly after eating it, I felt really nauseous and just sick to my stomach then BOOM Diarrhea... Never eating there again. The cashier there was extremely nice though but I'm staying from Captain D's
Its was only one person working. I waited at the speaker for 20 mins and I still didn't get my order taken.
Do not go to this place after 5pm because you will not get good service or fresh food. I ask for for fresh fish and it was cooked hard and was not fresh. But on top of that they were out of there #1 selling fish and the fish that they give you for replacement is hard it has a funny smell to it and it is not a real fish texture it is nasty. It taste like rubber. They can at least tell the customers that they are out of the regular fish so we as the consumer can choose if we want something else on the menu or nothing at all..Then when i get back my office because I went on my 30 min lunch break. I'm upset because I tired to eat it and it's like the texture of rubber or even their chicken and we know that's not how real fish taste. I know I'm not the only one that is has happen too.
This is the second time I ordered the three piece fish meal and it was VERY dry. I'm not sure if it was made hours ahead of time or if the fish is different. I love Captain D's fish, so this was very disappointing, again.
On point. Great management and team for sure! Fresh, tasty food, friendly service. Great value on lobster rolls, 2 for under 5.00
I ordered a 3pc fish dinner with fries coleslaw and hushpuppies. with a side order of fried okra. it was all old. okra was cold. fries wasn't hot and fresh they had been sitting. just nasty for $12.00+. never again will they get my money like that
We ordered 3 2pc fish and fries and the fish was totally different from what they usually serve. I don't know if they ran out of fish or what but if that's what it's going to taste like now I won't be going back.
Went there yesterday to get dinner for myself , mom and auntie for pickup. I have had never had a bad experience in the past. This time was different. They gave me fried catfish instead of battered fish.on all three orders. The soft drinks which soo flat I had to throw them away (which was $10 a total) I would have drove back but it would have to take another 30-45 trip in total so I didn’t and wasted $35. Very unfortunate because prior this Captain Ds was one of my gotos.
