We stopped by for dinner tonight and from the front door to back it was a great experience! The foyer was calm (unlike most BWW restaurants) the hostess seated us and was very sweet. Our server was very happy and upbeat (also the bartender) happily changed the station to the Braves game for us! Food was perfectly cooked and other managers were out, visible, busing tables, communicating with staff and checking on guests! Nice job y'all!
Having had a bad experience at this location in the past, I hadn't really thought about returning. My wife wanted to eat here, so we did. Was pleasantly surprised.Although they seemed to be understaffed on servers (which is completely to be expected these days, and I feel for them), our server was friendly and as attentive as possible for having too many tables. My wife got the salt and vinegar wings and I got breaded tenders with a side of Caribbean jerk sauce. Chicken was great, and the flavor on both hers and mine were so good that we bought a bottle of the salt and vinegar seasoning as well as the jerk sauce. Fries were so-so, but the chicken more than made up for that.The Legendary Long Island Tea, made with Mountain Dew Legend (which I'd never heard of, much less tasted) was fantastic.Enjoyed this visit and will absolutely be back.
We went to this location tonight to celebrate my son’s birthday with a few of his friends. We arrived and was met by a manager who was up front with us about the expected wait time (approx. 20 minutes). He had one server and one bartender on duty. We decided to wait because the boys didn’t want to go anywhere else.We were seated in the time frame given in the bar area. We were greeted by the bartender, Mike, who got our drink orders quickly. We ordered our food and did not have to wait very long for it to arrive to the table.I have to say, the two managers on duty were helping with everything, hosting, bussing tables, refilling drinks, etc. Despite the challenges of being short staffed, the entire experience ran like a well oiled machine.
This store has gone downhill since opening so bad. Sunday night we placed a pickup order And the girl at the carry out counter was not only rude but argued with me that my stuff was in the bag, then got an attitude when I told her it wasn’t. She picked up the specific bag and said it’s in here. I got to the car & guess what wasn’t in the bag? MY FOOD. it honestly wasn’t even worth going back in and arguing for the 3rd time over. The first time they forgot our sides, the 2nd time we didn’t receive any dressings we paid extra for & then after her horrible attitude I decided to just leave. Our food was suppose to be ready at 6:45. I got there at 6:40 and our food had been ready since 6:20 so it was also ice cold.
I Bought a 2022 coupon book that included coupons for this location specifically. My boyfriend and I were told we weren’t able to use the coupon, and they had stopped allowing them at the start of the year. That doesn’t even make sense since the coupon was new for this year, has the location on it, and says it’s good through the year. Don’t advertise in a coupon book if you aren’t gonna accept the coupons ? we stayed to eat anyway and the food was fine, but pricey for what it was.
Short staff is understandable but being neglected is the other. Our server understood our order but expediter/order checker person did not. Could not get attention from other servers. They are intentionally avoiding eye contacts with customers and go disappear behind the door. No refills, no checking with customers. Wonder if manager doesn't care what's going on in restaurant. Very sad.
The food here is decent. The selection of sauces is a nice touch, and the hottest sauces are hotter than most of the stuff offered elsewhere in the area. However this location is always a bit messy, both in terms of cleanliness and service. Had a mixed bag of experiences. Definitely been to better locations in the past.
Food delivered cold, short staff the bartender was the only server. What I received is not what I ordered & when the lemon pepper wings finally did come out, they were under cook. I would recommend a job fair & retraining on Serv Safe Certification Testing.
The food was over cooked and it took about 45 minutes to get to us. The waitress must have been a trainee because she didn't bring us any of the things we asked her to. No napkins Silverware or ketchup. I understand people have to learn so someone needs to let her know how to do it right. I served a a waitress for many years and I always appreciate good service with a good tip. I hope someone takes the time to train her right.
We ordered two different flavors of wings, and we ordered boneless wings. We got one flavor and bone-in. We didn’t get the large fries we ordered, or the ranch as a dip. Very disappointing because the receipt clearly reflected the correct order. This isn’t the first time we’ve had an inaccurate order.
