Great customer service the restaurant was clean the food was freshly made I was just there for a doordash pickup
Apparently this place thinks it's okay to completely ignore customers then snap at them when they're trying to eventually order when you come over. I understand working fast food is hard and frustrating but there is no reason to treat customers badly.
From the time I placed my order in the drive thru to when I got my food was 50mins. If they didn't have any chicken cooked they should give the customer the choice if they want to wait.
Drive-Thru here is a joke. If the car-line is 3 or longer, I’d be skeptical of your order being correct. Consistently, things are wrong or just flat out left out. Workers become attitudinal when you present them with the mistake, almost as if you are hassling them to do their job.If you are eating here, I HIGHLY recommend getting your food inside. To-Go or not. I’ve had minimal issues inside, and would actually give this location closer to 5 stars based on inside; had their abomination of a Drive-Thru not been screwing orders up for a year.
I get that this place may be short staffed, but when you have a long line at a counter you could tell the people waiting that you will be with them as soon as you can. This is just a simple customer service action. Acknowledge your customer. Had that of happened, half of the people in line would not of have walked out.
This location states their store closes at 9pm however I went there at 8:48pm on April 5, 2022 to place an order through the drive through and no one took my order. The lights were on inside the building as well as outside the building including the menu. You posted your hours of operation for a reason so abide by it. I used to love this location but this has happened several times and it’s unacceptable.
Great Custer service as soon as we walked in. I will be back thanks to all that made my visit nice.
No....just NO ! Ordered a 60 piece for Superbowl 1/2 naked, 1/2 buffalo. The smell of old grease filled not only my car but also my house. The taste made me think I was drinking week old frying grease. I spent too much money to not even be able to eat, much less feed my family. Will be contacting manager in the morning for a refund. I can even bring the chicken back because we sure can't eat it.
BEWARE!! They ONLY serve spicy chicken, BUT no where on the sign does it say only Cajun style. I've eaten at other bojangles and have ordered regular chicken. I don't know why this one claims to only have spicy. Very strange.
slow as can be. only one person running the front counter and five or six running the drive thru. the guy running the front seemed to have to clear every move with some supervisor that didn't have time to help get the five customers waiting their orders. a look out at the drive thru and there are only four vehicles in line and they are waiting to order. I was third in line and spent almost 15 minutes in line then I left. the guy who was at the front had not even gotten a hello or an acknowledgement that he was waiting.worst customer service and at the lunch rush. what a waste to think I was going to get something to eat here.
