Could not hear cashier at drive thru.Chicken was not done, but the breading on the buffalo wings were good.
Quality of service and food has declined since the pandemic. Seems like they’re serving food from 3-4 hrs ago. Just my opinion. I use to eat there quite a bit. I can definitely tell the difference. South parkway location is much better
The chicken was dry like it had been all day. The dirty rice was horrible. It was cooked so long The rice didn't look like rice and it was mushy.
Place is nasty and the staff is surly at best. If you hate your jobs this bad, you should quit. You were looking for a job when you got hired at this dump. The entire establishment should be razed to the ground and the earth sowed with salt. Deserves ZERO stars.
Always prompt and efficient. The employees were smiling and singing while working and that's a good indicator of the service you will get! ?
Ordering at the drive thru was difficult due to the system not working correctly. Had to wait a long the for the meals. Staff ok...no apology for long wait..no working with a purpose..just dragging.
They had many orders wrong while we were waiting on our food . It took a long time . At least 25-30 minutes. And when we got home of course we got the wrong food. Chicken fingers that we got for kids was very spicy . We ordered dirty rice and instead they put mushed potatoes:(( . Not going there again
It wasn't a long wait this time. Everything was good. Chicken wasn't fried to hard this time.An they loved the Chicken sandwiches
They are filthy. Handling money and putting sauce on top of your food! Sauces should be placed in a separate bag.All they want to do is rudely replace your food with more unsafe food. I’m cutting my loss and say no more. I have heard Management talking about customers.I used to spend around $20 per day but, I would rather drive farther for better service and safety! Very rude staff!
Workers throwing the food around like baseballs. Sour attitudes, no one wanted to be here working. You could tell by the poor service. This place used to be better than this what happened
