Atmosphere is cool but service not so much. During my 1st visit I was informed there was a charge for a sphere of ice, which baffles me. Why charge extra for ice??? During my second visit, I ordered a drink off the menu. The bartender brought a completely different drink, when I asked about it, due to the taste being off her response was "we're out of the ingredients so I used something else, that was completely different" My thought is if you're out of the ingredients why not notify the customer instead of making something completely different and attempting to pass it off as what was ordered. SMH
PPE is not required; staff super nice and truly helpful purchase their popular bottle pretty reasonable of Chocolate Champagne. It was pretty good; their selection of cigars is pretty good.. I wish they had more of a selection.. I didn't try the food.. The next time I visit, I will try the food. Ask for Owner Jaylen to super nice check out their series on Own Network
Nice placePlease work on training your staff in customer service. Young lady bartender was trying to multitask, which is not a good thing, so I repeated my drink order 4x. On another occasion male bartender handed my receipt back to me as I signed it with no tip on the paper he then handed me the receipt back and said I don't work for free, he was not paying attention to the cash tip I was holding in my hand, how rude, I tipped him anyway. Once of the five times I was greeted with " Hi welcome to Blaque" the waitress was a older woman. that was nice. Overall the venue is very nicely done. However needs improvement on training your staff. As a local business owner and Huntsville resident for over 30 years I only wish the best for you. Please take this as constructive criticism to make you the best. Customer service is the life blood of a business. ✌️ Peace
Today my Husband and I visited Blaque, I brought my King to Huntsville for Birthday celebrations and had to stop by to show support to Beautiful Black Owned Business and I will admit it’s BEAUTIFUL inside and the Head Chef “ Lawrence “ was very nice and beautiful Spirits!Scott’s you BOTH DID GREAT with this PlaceSpreading Love, Joy, Light, Prosperity ?Most definitely will visit Again
I am from Atlanta and wanted to order a bottle of wine and continue to call but there's no answer and no return call. I have given up and will not reach back out.Very poor customer service no communication at all.It's Angela again and I like to retract my statement on the customer service. The owner did respond in a timely manner and explained the situation reference to the phone system. I like the prompt response and will order online. I will be coming to Blaque with my girlfriends soon. It's always good to support each other. Thanks Blaque
I have seen the Lounge on LAMH and wanted to visit. So when I arrived from Ohio on Thursday this was first on my agenda. I met the General Manager Jalen and he made us feel so welcome. The lounge is very nice, clean and affordable.
We were visiting the Nashville area from Ohio and decided to make the 2 hour drive to Blaque for lunch unfortunately we were unable to eat because it was early. However, Jaylin the General Manager recommended a restaurant in the area, in which we told the owner that his restaurant came highly recommended ? Marsau was at Blaque working so we didn’t interrupt him but the ambiance, the general manager and local patrons were very inviting. The decor in the separate rooms gives this place an upscale touch. They were working on the adjoining businesses in the plaza which seems to be up and coming in helping to revitalize the area. We purchased a few cigars to go, they have a nice variety of selections. I look forward to visiting again for dinner as we are in the early stages of relocating to the south. Huntsville is at the top of our list. Thank you Blaque for an Excellent Experience.
I love the ambiance... the humidor has most of the staples... not huge but they maximize the size with all of the must have sticks... the winner at this establishment is the food.. with a simple menu, they manage to far exceed cigar lounge expectations in taste and presentation... the salmon sliders are my favorite!... they also have a very robust bar complete with bourbon like blantons and eagle rare and uncle nearest...a decent scotch selection as well. The staff is friendly and again the ambiance is only rivaled in the city by SIP but with a more boutique feel.
In the beginning it was fine. The bartender was friendly. Then when we got our food, we asked for silverware. Apparently they don’t have silverware at this restaurant. Instead of the owner, Marsau, informing us in a positive way when we mentioned about the silverware,he told us to bring our own silverware next time. He ignored us originally when we mentioned about the silverware. Professionally he handled customers completely wrong. He was arrogant and rude. I was going to bring friends there in the future but now I’m not.
First time visiting here is was vet nice, a little small. Sabrina the bartender was excellent. Jayln very professional. Drinks were on point. Not bad will visit again. Needs better music
