Went to Baumhowers for Father’s Day with my kids and wife.. I did not expect to get a Silver Dollar sized piece of glass inside my beer glass that I would then almost swallowed. We were brought 4 beer glasses that were stacked inside each other and when pulling them out, one of the glasses splintered the bottom off into the one I had drank out of. I got the server and she got the manager for me who seemed “apologetic” but not as if they tried to right their wrong in many ways other than bringing me and my family new glasses (which also had splintered bottoms and we had to get new ones again). We ended up staying to eat because my son had just ended a baseball tournament and we waited for 30 minutes to be seated so I didn’t want to start over. I will say that I was surprised to still get a $110 bill and not much done as far as our tab went. I ended up speaking to the manager and they comped 50% of the food items, which I even said I did not look for a free meal because we chose to stay and eat after the incident. I will still say that I feel the situation was strongly mismanaged and we were not dealt with accordingly considering the possible outcome of me swallowing or chewing on the glass I had in my mouth.. the good food does not justify a near death/hospital experience.

We have visited the Tuscaloosa location when attending Alabama football games and the Montgomery location on the way to Gulf Shores. Because of our pleasant experiences at these locations, it was an easy decision to go to the Huntsville location while we were in town for a soccer match. The service was amazing. Our server, Kelsey G, was so pleasant. We ordered the Wesley’s Hot Lips and the shrimp etouffee. Both were served quickly and prepared perfectly.
We had a great time! All the staff was super nice and went out of their way to make sure we had a successful experience. The food was so tasty, very generous portions and our server Harper was amazing!
Have been several times in last few weeks. The bartender is Wonderful. She has Great rapport, is efficient and attentive to All patrons. Her drinks are Also delicious. I usually come during lunch (I work at night), lol. The food is delicious as well, cheese circles are To die for. Great food and Great Service. Give her a RAISE?
Great wings of course, but they make their own mozzarella and when fried it’s really a treat. The place is a bit loud, so not the best place for a conversation unless you’re in a booth
We came to Baumhowers for the first time because another restaurant decided they wanted to have a screaming match with each other up at the podium, and we were very hungry, so we skipped over to Baumhowers for lunch instead. It was our first time there and it is absolutely not going to be the last. The fried pickles were probably the best fried pickles I have ever had and that home made ranch blows your socks off too. The wings are delicious and the burgers are delicious too. I am fully convinced there is not a single item on the menu that does not taste amazing and like it was prepared fresh and cooked in that restaurant. Heather was a perfect waitress and did such an outstanding job of helping us with recommendations and making us feel right at home.In short, the food is some of the most delicious food I’ve had from a restaurant in a very long time, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant has a very happy and upbeat air about it and I love it. Once again shout out to Heather for doing such a great job!
Had an amazing meal. Jakie our server was perfect. Fast service and amazing wings. The manager made my order of wings perfect. Thanks for the great food! Hands down go and eat at Baumhoowers in huntsville.
Nice clean sports bar. Family friendly atmosphere with a wide selection of menu items to choose from. They have something for everyone including a decent draft beer list. The wings were very good as they were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. I'll be coming back again soon
It was so good!! The best wings in Huntsville. The manger Xavier looked exactly like Mr. clean so he was funny and really nice, help me a lot with the menu! Would definitely recommend eating here if your in town!
