Curly fries were stone cold...I went in for a refund....ALL HEAT LAMPS WERE OFF... I WAS TOLD AFTER I POINTED IT OUT " OH WE HAVE THE BOTTOM ONES ON"" BS ... GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL NEVER BE BACK.....I GREW UP IN FOOD SERVICE!!!! YOU CAN'T LIE TO ME!!!! But the short fat white lady was SUPER NICE!!!.... BUT YOUR SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
Ordered a beef and cheddar meal last night, took an hour to get here and when it did I received a gyro and a small fry with a buffalo chicken slider. Completely wrong order.
A great fast food option. I think better and more healthy than some of the other options out there. Its a good late night choice.
They need to help at this restaurant. The drive through line was very long, I asked for a large crinkle fry, and wind up getting curly instead, so I stayed at the window, so I could get crinkly fries. She still handed me the curly fries, at that point I just drove off. Have some patience if you go to this Arby's. Especially if you go in the evening.
Great service during the lunch rush. I went inside with 2 coupons I had and explained how I wanted to use my coupons. The coupons were processed correctly and had no issues with my order. Thanks to the awesome staff for allowing me to use my coupons during the lunch rush. Would recommend this location.
Whoever runs this Arby's needs to resign from life. Just give up. Their staff after 7PM do not care about anything. I sat two cars deep in line for 20 minutes and everything on my order was wrong when I got home. Pass by this place
Been to the drive through 3 times in the past month at this university drive location and EVERY time they say "sorry our system is down".. this place is a joke. 5 employees standing around doing nothing aka " system is down" .
I understand no one wants a customer to come in with a large order but regardless when it happens one would do its best to make the order correct. Which is not what happened for me. I gave my order, was very polite throughout the entire process. Part of the order was 4 turkey gyros with no onions! I love those sandwiches but really allergic to onions. Recieved my order, got home . The wrappers was labeled with the specific requirements of no onions. And lord behold each one had onions. Guess it's a good thing I know how to cook so I wouldn't go hungry today
We usually order their regular roast beef sandwich, curly fries and a drink which we enjoy. BUT we really look forward to their cheesesteak sandwich and Rootbeer floats in the summertime! Yum!
