We were a large group of 12 people went here for a birthday dinner. The atmosphere was very nice, restaurant clean and nice decor. The down fall was the service. We had two waiters but only one was doing anything The other in training. They forgot birthday girl drink, they forgot appetizers, then appetizers came out with the food. We all had to wait on our drinks. I tried to get the male waiter in a better mood but he wouldn't even smile. The service definitely could have been better. We all pretty much tipped 5$ if not more each. So he got a decent tip even though the service was not good.
I had to give it 1 star this time. Our steak was mid rare(we ordered well done). The four cheese Mac n cheese with honey pepper chicken was dry, no sauce on the pasta, the bread sticks were hard and cold. Just not what we expected, we normally have no problems with our food from here. Something or someone has changed
We have eaten here several times over the years. A majority of the time it was lacking in customer service. We’ve gone back because we do like the food and hoping the service will improve. Today we decided on online ordering with curbside pickup. After waiting outside 25 minutes for our order, my husband went inside to see what the problem was. He was ignored by multiple employees and finally got our order. Judging by how cold everything was, we’re assuming it was ready for awhile. Won’t be going back to this location.
I used to love this place, not so much anymore. Took my brother out to eat here for his birthday and now I wish we had went somewhere else. The service was downright awful; we had to wait almost thirty minutes just to order our drinks and our waitress was rude and slow. Waiting for our food we saw several people get up and leave without ordering because of the wait. Normally I would understand if the place was busy and had to wait longer but this time it was barely buzzing with customers. Also saw one employee licking his fingers before delivering food to other customers, yuck. On another note we noticed we had ants crawling on the window sill next to our table. I still left a tip after the meal, but I really wish I didn't have to deal with the attitude the waitress was giving us. Only reason I left 2 stars was because the food was pretty decent. I would otherwise avoid this place until they can hire better mannered staff.
Pulled up server comes out saying my lights were blinding the customers I didn’t get the chance to really get out the car before she comes storming out the door….. so the quickly turn the lights out go inside to order at the bar there was no at the bar. It’s one waitress her and she ignores me standing at the bar. As I’m waiting I’m looking around only to see the bar is dirty with dirty dishes on it. By this time it’s ten minutes later still no one helps me so I leave as I’m walking out I’m looking for the customer my lights were blinding only to see all the blinds are closed and it’s no one in the path of the front door for my lights to blind. The few people that were there are off to the side of the entrance way….. why be so extra never coming back
We waited at the door to be seated for almost 10 mins before anyone acknowledged us and 3 employees walked by during that time & said nothing as well as a group of them sitting at a table in the back corner just hanging out! Our server Calandra brought us our salads and we asked for our drinks that we ordered when we first came in (coke & water not bar drinks) then she walked to the back and came back with our neighboring tables food (part of it as they said she messed up their order)! We asked for our drink order again as she had forgotten what they were. After about 10 mins and being done with our salads we got our drinks. Our entrees were cold and we never saw her again until she brought our check and we had to go to the bar and ask for condiments/napkins. We got our check and she stood at our table waiting for us to checkout until my husband said we weren't done eating. The table next to us complained the whole time about all of the things she had forgotten or messed up. I've been a server and it was apparent she did not care about the quality of service and was more than ready to be done and cash out. Do better.
Pre pandemic this location already had a bad reputation. I wanted to meet a friend after work for drinks and dinner and we decided to stop here since it was on our way home. I arrived first. Waited at hostess area to be seated. While waiting I observed piles of dirty dishes on half of the empty tables. FYI: There were 2 tables with patrons seated and a man in a gray uniform shirt and a woman with bright red box hair color. After standing at the hostess area for about 5 minutes with no one letting me know they saw me, I sat myself at the only clean available table since there were no seats at the bar (literally no bar seats at all, they obviously want no one at the bar). I continued to observe the situation and concluded there were perhaps only those 2 employees and neither of them looked happy. I understand that things have changed and help is hard to find. What I don't understand is not being acknowledged AT ALL. I watched the red lady wipe glasses behind the bar and saw her eyes come up to meet mine. She didn't smile, greet me nor did she mutter a single word. Instead she looked back down and continued wiping glasses and bottles. I decided to wait on my friend to make further plans. My friend arrived and sat beside me and I informed her of the previous 20 minutes of being ignored and suggested going elsewhere. We got up to leave and heard a lady obnoxiously yell "BYE". All I'm gonna say is y'all looked miserable, smelled miserable and deserve to remain miserable with the lack of care that you have for your customers. Bye! ??
It took forever for someone to come greet my friend an i. i don’t mind being patient but for it to take 20 mins is bad.i even asked the 2 ladies behind us who the waiter was and they had no clue. They said the main manger came to the table to take their food & drink order.I understand everyone is short handed right now. However just seemed like they were dodging us.
The food was good. The waiter was friendly and attentive. She knew the menu and I didn't gobble up my food so quickly I would have snapped a few pics. No issues no complaints.
Let’s just say be prepared to wait for at least 30 minutes before anyone greet & or seat you even on a day like today when nearly no one is in here. It’s really ridiculous. This is my 3rd time coming here & having this issue. Food is extremely good sometimes, & others sometimes you think what a waste of $50. We literally were here long enough to watch a woman & her daughter get their drinks & food, eat & leave before we got acknowledged.
