Lemon pepper wings are just the best. This location convenient to interstate with easy in and out. Time from order to eating is a little spotty as you may have to wait a bit for your order. They have a responsive order ahead online if you are into that sort of thing. Free refill on drinks if dining in with fancy drink machine.
This location is the best Wing Stop we have ever had. We are from Louisiana and were in town for work. The wings were ordered extra crispy and they were cooked perfect. The food was fresh and took less than 20 minutes to come out. The inside of the store is very clean and the workers were polite. The one guy came and brought free brownies to us and said thank you to us for being polite and friendly. Really great Wing Stop location!
You call in for a pick up order and have an old lady who put me on hold 5 times before completing my order. She was more focused on rushing me off the phone. When I walked in to pay the same older lady asked the manager for change and she was like we had no change and grabbed $3 worth of change and threw them on the table. Even though the older lady was very apologetic over the manager doing that I will not be returning back to this location. HORRIBLE Like no one was willing to help the old lady at the register at all. And I Verona was waiting for their food over 20 minutes! I’m typing as I sit lol and the manager acts like she don’t even want to be a manager every situation that came her way was “ if it don’t work we can’t do it” ?!?! Like excuse me ma’am? They gave out two orders of refunds while I was sitting there.
It's probably a good idea to avoid placing delivery orders from here. They omitted part of my last one. Mistakes do happen. But, after no fewer than four attempts to call the restaurant in trying to resolve the issue, I was placed on persistent hold and subsequently disconnected each time until someone finally listened. I was told that the staff was busy serving other customers, that the manager was unavailable, and that I would have to drive to the restaurant to resolve the issue. This defeats the purpose of ordering delivery and paying the extra money. Short staffing or being busy is not an excuse for failing to correct a mistake to my customer's satisfaction. Therefore, I feel no differently when I am on the consumer end. I don't see the extra cost of delivery as worth the trouble here.
I tried Wing Stop for the first time and they can have it. I had the bone-in lemon pepper and Louisiana rub chicken and both of them taste like plain chicken. Zero flavor at all. They were so bland that the ranch did not provide flavor. Money wasted.
The staff is very professional and they make you feel welcomed! Very clean inside and out, and the food was fantastic. Most definitely worth the money. I actually enjoyed them more than the Inverness location.
I ordered over the phone a 6 piece wing combo.with bones. I chose Cajun and hot wings for the two flavors. Food was good.
Went on Friday and ordered 2 combos, extra veggies and sauces...got home to no fries in our combos! Note: they bring the bag to the counter sealed to keep food hot. Called and manager said we could comeback and get them...um, No, so they rest of our food could get cold??? She said we could come back tomorrow and have our meals remade. Saturday we go with our receipt to have our order remade only to get home to no veggies or sauces with our meal! They were not understaffed and only 3 customers, just don't care and not paying attention ? to what they are doing. I wish I knew how to contact GM or owner 40/100 only because the food we received was so tasty..... #DOBETTER
Will probably never go to this location again. Ordered food for Super Bowl, placed the order around 2:15 for 5 pm pick up. Arrived a few minutes early, lots of people were waiting for orders. Around 5:15 still had no food, employee came out and gave several people free cookies for the wait. A girl came in and said she placed an online order 20 minutes ago, her order was ready but people who had placed orders earlier in the day were still waiting. I spoke to the manager about the issue and he didn't really do or say much. Finally at 5:27 the lady behind the counter said they were just waiting on my fries, 5:35 I get my order drive home and guess what was missing from the bag? Fries! Ended up having to drive back to get them, no apology or anything from the staff when I explained. I will go to the other location from now on even though the drive is a little farther.
Each time I come to this location the food is horrible!!!! The lemon pepper wings don’t have no seasoning on them and the fries are soggy and greasy. I have to take my food back every time I order from this location. It need to be closed down or re-vamped and start with mgmt bc this is a huge reflection on them!! Do better!!! I took a pic of the so called lemon pepper wings and the old soggy and greasy fries. I can’t even eat this!!
