I love Wendy's, but its worth your time and gas money to bypass this location. Rude window staff, always closes early, and they will hand you a Frosty like this; making a giant mess in your cup holders, consol and clothes.
Worst experience I've ever had here the young lady who took my order at the drive through around 144pm today was rude, her tone was just as short as she was and her attitude was very unprofessional. She actually got upset because i didn't want bacon on my salad! She rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed behind the drive through window and get this the Manager was standing right there watching her. When i tried to talk to the Manager about the rude and unprofessional worker SHE GOT A ATTITUDE also.. listen I get the hiring shortage but this right here aint it Wendy's yall can do better than this surely. I'm never coming back
The employee at the drive thru window was rude. She did not acknowledge us when we drove up, she opened the window and shared the amount due barely looking at us. At NO point did she thank us. She took the payment and handed my husband his card and the food and closed the window. The only communications was the amount owed. Customer Service is very important, there was none. On top of this the food was cold.I tried call Wendy’s customer Care and sat on hold 15 mins with no answer.
Went through the drive through at 10:45 p.m. and there is not a soul to be seen. I sat waiting for someone to come over the speaker…. Nothing… I even tried speaking to the speaker…. Nothing… I am at arbys now where they answered me immediately and took my order. I was craving Wendy’s though. I hope Corp sees this and can get them folks to work.
Good place, but slow.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. We placed a mobile order at 9:15pm since their Google page says they close at midnight. As we arrived in the drive thru to pick up the order, no one says anything over the speaker. We wait around 5 minutes and tried talking to the speaker a few times with no response so we figure maybe they are closed. We drove around the building to check and see if anyone was inside and we made eye contact with an employee. We figured since she saw us then maybe someone would answer the drive thru. We wait another 5 minutes and another car even pulls up behind us. No one ever came to the drive thru so we decided to pull up to the window and see if maybe the speaker was broken or something. We waited there for a few minutes before a woman appeared but instead of opening the window to tell us they closed early or something. She just starts wiping off all of the counters by the window and avoiding looking at us. Needless to say I canceled my mobile order and we went to Burger King. Will not be returning to this location.
The staff was dreadfully rude. After finding that the dining room was locked despite advertisement of being open, I attempted to call the restaurant to clarify. No one answered the phone. I proceeded to drive-thru to order and asked the lady if the dining room was open at set times or permanently closed. In an loud, aggressive tone, she retorted that the dining room was closed and did not clarify further. I repeated my question, and the lady aggressively asked if she could take my order. In the background, I could hear someone loudly shout through the speaker that the dining room "...was open 30 minutes ago." Sensing the rudeness and evasiveness of the staff, I opted to leave. In no way was I disrespectful or otherwise deserving of the treatment I received. Needless to say, I would avoid this location at all costs. Their communication skills are terrible.
I got yelled at in the drive thru for asking to confirm my order was taken properly. No way I am letting someone that has that much hate for me touch my food.
In my last 3 visits, haven't gotten my order right once and haven't been able to count to six nuggets either. Don't bother asking for a refund, you'll be stuck in their drivethru for an hour and they lock their lobby. Hopefully their franchise owner will hire an actual working staff and turn the business around - but I wont be a customer anymore.
Don’t try to come an hour before closing. They’ll tell you they’re closed anyway, even if you have a mobile order. They were rude about it and yelled “we closed.” They wouldn’t honor a mobile order that was already placed. The workers want to leave as early as possible. If you close early then stop accepting mobile orders and change the advertised closing time. It’s ridiculous. Don’t say open until midnight if you close at 11pm. I wouldn’t get away with that performance at my job.
