Ordered doordash... Use them all the time in this area... Ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl for my fiancee who works at oakmountain state park. It arrived and she is and she is not a picky eater at all but she said the chicken was dry dry and very is very few vegetables in the bowl... 2 little pieces of broccoli a few pieces of cabbage and that was all... There was plenty of Brown rice but it was very disappointing as she wanted the vegetables. There was no option to add vegetables. Will not order a bowl again
Usually love eating at this place, but lately the quality has not been the same. My most recent order had burnt chicken in all of the bowls, which made it really unpleasant to eat. Rice and noodles were extremely dry too. Very disappointed.
I love this place!! A quick lunch for me is a side order of veggies and 2 egg rolls. They have the best of everything, but the best egg rolls in town!! Lucky me, I only live 3 miles away so I can run by most anytime. When I have company, I always try to introduce them to Teriyaki Madness and get them addicted also. Thanks to the girls & guys that work there, y'all are the best!! When the guy that works the front sees me coming he has my order in hand by the time I get to the counter. It's nice to be recognized. Thanks guys!!
I love Teriyaki Madness. I can order and pay with the app and drive up and walk in and pick it up. The food is consistent and always ready on time. And they have a friendly staff.
Literally one of my favorite places to eat! It’s amazing to have a place where you don’t have to sacrifice taste to get quality, “clean”, food. My bowls are always fresh. When my parents come to town, they always ask for T-Mad! I’m a loyal customer!
I arrived yesterday late afternoon, had the Chicken Breast Teriyaki with brown rice and vegetables. It was OK, however the chicken breast seemed not freshly cooked, i.e. cooked hours before and just warmed in the microwave or something, so the entire dish did not feel fresh.
Not my cup of tea. Had the teriyaki bowl with vegetables and.... well it wasn't that great. Food tasted very "safe". Not much seasonging and very little memorable flavors. Both the miss and I were bathroom bound within 30 minutes of departure. Sorry, I would not recommend.
Overpriced for subpar food. Ordered two tofu bowls, a side of rice and free water...paid $30! The cashier suggested we have the noodles cooked with the rest of the food and gave it a name?! I was confused about that, I figured that was a given, but after seeing receipt, saw that I paid extra to have that done! Also had to pay a .75 fee for using my debit card! Tried it, but probably won't go back to spend that much again for what we got.
This place is sooo good! We normally get the chicken pot stickers and a bowl. The spicy chicken bowl with fried rice and veggies is my favorite. Everything is cooked to order and delicious. Some sit down Chinese restaurants don't have food this good. The egg rolls are very good and crispy too. Definitely need another location in the Birmingham area.
It was great experience today lunch with family at teriyaki madness. The staff was very welcoming and charming. Amazing foods and service. Manager was very kind and extremely patience with explaining menu since we were first time went there. We will be definitely back and recommending friends and family.
