I recall from long time ago, Taco Bell was my favorite in USA of fast food, but now is the bad, is expensive, like a formal restaurant and is like they are very chipp, the quesadilla is almost only the tortilla and cheese. And the tacos supreme are almost with out meet and with out tomatoes? desapointment.?
Mexican pizza tasted funny. Bad aftertaste. Found plastic cooked inside.
I always get stale or reheated food, nothing ever tasted fresh. Definitely one of the worst taco Bell's I've ever had. Giving it a two because it'll do if you're hungry. The other taco bell always has better food.
The first two visits were good. They got our order correct. However the last 3 times we visited, our hash browns were missing. The guy that is behind the headset set, is one of those people that says, “Ight is that it” after every item. Very rude and rushes you through your order. When we got our food, the Cinnabon bites were missing, and no hash browns. But you can bet they were on my receipt. So I paid, for the 3rd time, and didn’t receive my order correct. I returned to drive their line and he was obviously irritated I came back to get missing items. He walked away before I could even finish what was missing. When he came back instead of 2 hash browns and one Cinnabon, there were 2 Cinnabons and one hash brown. I can only guess that this individual cannot count.
Super clean site inside and out, polite and funny staff, food items made exactly as ordered and quickly. Honestly, one of the best Taco Bell's I've been to and we will definitely visit again. (Note: I have worked for Taco Bell many years ago in Texas, but I am familiar with their S&P so my review is based on that as well. I do not currently work for them, it has been almost 20 years.)
If you purchase several combos or one of their promo boxes, they will cram all your food in one bag and it's difficult to check to see if you have all your items. I'm always missing food items. Once my food have fallen out the bottom of the bag because the bag was ripe due to being over filled and wetness of the food.
Very good. Received a free item coupon in mail due to messed up order last visit a few weeks back. Manager made this trip a good one. Hoping good service continues.
I ordered in the drive thru, it took 3 times for them to get my order right. I paid for my 3 crispy chicken tacos and was told to park around front, to wait for my order. I waited 10 minutes. Unfortunately the "crispy chicken" were dried out and old . . . I thought one taco was missing the chicken but there was a little nugget at the bottom. This store is usually better than this.
PLEASE READ BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME!!!! I went to this location yesterday. I decided to go in and order. THE DOOR WAS OPEN. I went to the restroom then proceeded to place my order. Before I make it to the touch screen to start ordering… two employees come from the back saying their closed… and hurried me to the door which SOMEHOW was NOW LOCKED. I made a mistake by going back today. I went to the drive thru. The lady in the drive thru said hello…. So I said hello and began ordering. SHE STARTED SCREAMING…. YES, I SAID SCREAMING!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN! NO ONE SHOULD GET TREATED LIKE THIS WHILE TRYING TO ORDER AND PAY FOR FOOD! IT’S UNACCEPTABLE!
I went to drive thru, January 29, at 2 pm. No other cars in drive thru was told to wait. I waited 8 minutes and left. Upon driving by I looked and there was NO ONE waiting to be served inside. In fact I could see no one inside eating. The Last time I went there was no sign on door saying drive thru only . Went to door , it was unlocked but when I stepped in the 4 people working all said drive thru only so I left. That's 2xs I've left the business with no food. Not sure I'll try again. I will go to the one further from my house!
