I HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATIONS SERVICE!I Came Through The Drive Thru And This is Honestly My Last Time Trying Its Really Bad When You Cant Even Get A Meal From Your Local Taco Bell! The Team Members Constantly Rushes Me To Order About 5 Times When I Ask For A Minute. But When I Get To The Window I Speak To The Manager Who Has A Headset On And I Asked Her Why Did She Think It Was Ok For Them To Not Let Me Order And Constantly Ask Me Is That All. THE MANAGER Tells Me " Maam You Were At The Speaker For 3 Minutes And When THEY Asked You Is That All You Told Them Give You A Minute... ." This Is 100% Bad Customer Service, I Wouldnt Reccomend Anyone To Spend Their Time And Money Here.
this is absolutely the worst taco bell store I’ve ever been to. Service is slow as hell, they are always out of something, food is cold. I hate this store and refuse to go back after being disappointed numerous times. If I could give them a negative rating I would.
I watched the worker in the drive through eat one of my cinnamon twist before he put it in the bag. I will not be going back!
I go to taco bell on occasion as its one of the only fast food restaurants with vegan options. I swear 8/10 times i come to this location my order is wrong!! Not only is it missing a few ingredients its cold and the ratio of ingredients is completely off…I asked for 15 sauces (don't judge) and literally received none and this happened multiple times in a row of receiving no sauce. And when i go back through they are rude and act bothered…When its made right taco bell is great!! But idk if i would choose this location ??♀️
The worst Taco Bell in Hoover. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would not recommend. They need to have customer service training ASAP. Highly disappointed.
I ordered an iced coffee and I got lukewarm coffee with no ice in a soda cup. Like, I get that it’s Taco Bell breakfast, but at least tryWhen I went back to *nicely* fix it they got an attitude and said it’s because I ordered light ice. I didn’t.
I am legally blind and need to verbally place an order. Inside the restaurant the woman at the counter refused to take my order and said I had to use the kiosk. I said I can't not see well and need to verbally place an order and she just walked away refusing to acknowledge my issue. This was after I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes. Wildly frustrating.
I love love friggn love me some taco bell. If every other fast food place went out of business I would eat at Taco Bell 3 4 5 times a week. And I would love every minute of it. Now it's According to which one you go to it's how the service is but I know which ones I like so that's the only ones I visit. The one in hoover off of 31 beside panda Chinese food place... there fast and dont accidentally on purpose leave stuff out... and there chalupas are always hot and crunchy. Tried to go here for lunch. Employees wouldn't even talk to me only said I had to order on the kiosk. Then when I had questions they were rude and acted like they had better things to do. So I took my business elsewhere and won't be back.
usually get the order right, but they haven't been giving receipts lately. went today at 6pm order a group with half crunchy taco supreme and half soft taco with just meat and cheese. They definitely charged us for sour cream. The phone is off the hook and the website "can't find any location" in Alabama. Disappointing because its probably an honest mistake but they need to at least give us our money back. They charged a lot for sour cream and we frequent this location.
