What's up with this restaurant as far as accepting coupons are concerned? They have written that they won't accept online coupons but accept paper coupons. I showed the lady my paper coupon - she said it won't be accepted. Then when we showed them that it's written over that paper coupons are accepted, another lady changed her mind and said yes, the paper coupon will be accepted. Note : It's the same paper coupon I showed to the first lady who denied accepting it. Not sure why the first lady said it's not accepted when in reality they are accepting it. The third hurdle was with the cashier guy. He came up with his own explanation that coupons won't be accepted. I asked him to give it a try by showing the paper coupon and then when he scanned the coupon it got accepted in the end. I don't understand why there is so much confusion about this among all of the staff. Those ladies were busy talking more among themselves than attending customers and paying attention to what's being asked. One of them was busy sitting and eating - enjoying her drink and food. I'm sure they must have given hard time to another lady who was holding paper coupon.
They’re super stingy on toppings I’ve been to a few subways and never had them do this to me. They literally only put two slices of tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese on a 6 in which is ridiculous because at that point your mostly eating overpriced bread
They don't take coupons and I'm not paying $13 for something that used to be Five Bucks. ?Vestavia accepts coups for anyone that's wondering.

Very stingy with toppings. Wouldn’t allow my mother to get a club sandwich with a coupon we had (the coupon did not exclude this sandwich..). Wish I could leave a 0 star.
They charged me $3 for a cup of ice

Placed mobile order at 12:35pm with an estimated 1:00pm pickup time. We arrived at 1:02pm and our order was not ready. They actually hadn’t even started making it. They weren’t busy but we waited about 5 minutes before we noticed they had no intention of starting our order. We walked up and asked about our mobile order and the guy pointed to 2 empty wraps sitting off to the side. He then proceeded to start making another sandwich for someone else who came in after us. We saw them make 3 people’s orders that all came in after us. Finally after being visibly frustrated, a girl came over and started to make our wraps. Got our order around 1:15pm.Also, they were incredibly stingy on portions. I eat at subway very frequently and have never gotten such a small amount of sauce, cheese, and veggies.
Does not accept coupons but I receive them in the mail all the time.
The staff are very professional, the food is always good the place is very clean
