It was OK. First, I want to say the food was pretty good no complaints there. The downsides were our chef seemed un-interested. Also, we had a birthday, she didn’t ask the name or anything before she got everyone at the table to sing. And everything just over all felt rushed.
This was truly a great experience. We were a party of 9 and everyone treated us like we were the only customers in the building. The appetizers were great, the soup and salads were on point as well. Our Hibachi Chef was a pro and entertaining. The food was amazing and the experience was even better. 5 stars.
The food was excellent! The chef was great and funny as hell! There was 9 of us, about 10 minute wait…the place was packed out for a Wensday night…they went above and beyond as far as our waitresses…yes I said waitresses, my tea glass was always full…I will eat here again!!
I feel like I just paid 70$ for Panda Express quality food. My hibachi salad was DROWNED in dressing (literally a pool of it) and the rest of the food was also drowned in sauce. Spend <30$ for similar quality food and service.
Usually a favorite but today the service was absolutely terrible. We were quoted for a 15 minute wait. We were called for our table around 15 minutes but the hostess made a mistake with calling our party. She didn’t have a place for our party size of 3. She misread our party size. Then she refused to make it right. Instead of placing us back where we fell in line she put us at the end of the line and quoted us an additional 25 minutes. Guests that came in way after us with the same amount of people or less ended up being sat before us. When I asked about this I was told “first come, first serve”. Terrible service with no apology and no attempt to make it right.
This place was a recommendation. We order 3 cooked sushi rolls, 2 of them were amazing the crawfish one not so much. The crawfish roll was bland and tasted not good. We shared a general’s chicken w/ white rice. I would certainly go back for the wok bowl, it was flavorful and spicy. The service was slow but our waitress was really friendly. I think everyone is short staffed so you can’t be upset about it.
Wasn't bad but anything but authentic. Also only had one waitress working and had to wait a while for a table because of it when half of the restaurant was empty. Our waitress was vey nice tho and did a great job. Food wasn't the best Japanese by far but it was good and a good location.
Great food and wonderful yum yum sauce. And they load your salad with the best ginger dressing.
Do not recommend!!! I got food poisoning from the Sushi I ate here last night. Within 30 minutes of finishing my sushi I was vomiting. They are not clean and do not know how to properly prepare sushi! This place is awful!
We were visiting this restaurant en rout to visit family in Mississippi from Georgia. When we came in, the restaurant was busy, but they were able to get us through pretty quickly. Our waitress was courteous and very fast (sane goes for the chefs by proxy), and the food was wonderful and wonderfully presented, even having some nice garnishes on the side. We didn’t eat at the hibachi grill, but we were in earshot, and the hibachi chef had a wonderful personality (even if he said, “roll tide,” but it’s actually in Alabama, so I’ll let it slide). I also appreciate the Christian music overhead. If I’m ever in the area again, I definitely intend to drop by again.
