Shakes we're amazing! Fries aren't the best but not the worst. Delivery from here is pretty good they wait to make until your there which is best especially when doordashing so your food is still fresh when it comes to you.
DO NOT EAT HERE!! (Unless u want food poisoning) idk what they’re doing in the kitchen but I just wouldn’t trust food from here anymore.
It was alright. I stopped in for lunch. I stood a long time at the service desk at the door because it said, wait to be seated. A cashier was helping a long line of customers pay. I wish I could have just sat down at the lunch counter. After a long wait, I finally asked the cashier if I could just sit down at the lunch counter. I was served by a gentleman who seemed to be the manager. He was extremely polite and professional. As most service industry places, they are just slammed and understaffed. I am sure they had a continuous long line at the drive thru. Most of the banter behind the counter and in the kitchen was in Spanish, which is fine and understandable. My small burger and fries were tasty. The chocolate shake was good as well, but not really substantial. Seemed really whipped - lots of air in it. See the menu. Did not seem very professional. Several typos in it. I will probably be back. Bless the folks who work there!
We had 3 of our children with us. We were seated quickly. The waitress was great with the kids and asked all the right questions to make sure it was exactly what they wanted. Received our food in a timely manner and it was great! Very friendly, fast, and great!
This was a disappointing visit to Steak 'n Shake. Their menu has been trimmed down considerably. The staff looks weary. It's not the fun diner-type dining experience that it used to be.
Always love going here, good food and service but unfortunately some menu items have changed and are no longer available
I came all the way from centerpoint just for a strawberry banana shake and they tell me they can't mix flavors Cookout is the best option for shakes I can mix any flavor never goin to a stake,n,shake agian
We decided to dine in and service was awesome and food was superb. We will definitely be back. The server was nice and attentive.
First time going to steak and shake and omg was the burger the best one I've ever had! Staff was friendly I would highly recommend to anyone
The inside was smoky not ventedMy fries were cold as ice they were out of bananas so I had to refund my shake & the person who was supposed to refund me took forever to come from the back but the cashier was very nice & helped me outI could be wrong but this place sucks
